Luoyang Health School is the only general secondary specialized school in western Henan, a pilot school of nursing education reform in Henan Province, and a provincial key secondary school in Henan Province. In 2000, it was approved by the Ministry of Education as Luoyang College of Peking University Medical Network Education, and this year it began to recruit senior nursing students (junior college students). The school is located at No.5 Hongshan Road, Xigong District, Luoyang City, Henan Province, the ancient capital of the Nine Dynasties, with Mangshan Mountain in the north and Luoshui in the south, with elegant environment and convenient transportation. The school covers an area of 52,000 square meters with a building area of 38,000 square meters. The school has achieved excellent results in the unified examinations of various disciplines organized by Henan Provincial Education Commission and Henan Provincial Health Department for many times. 1998, 1999 and 2000 won the second place in the nursing skill competition group of Henan province for three consecutive years. In the past, more than 10,000 graduates have become the backbone of medical and health institutions. In 2000, all 62 candidates recommended by our school were admitted to colleges and universities in the "counterpart entrance examination".
