Or people who die in their twenties and thirties, they have four shortcomings, and they have no solid quality at first, so they can't learn the art of keeping in good health; Being youthful, but obsessed with lust, makes the essence dissipate, causing more diseases, without knowing the cure. This is self-lost, and how can we hope to prolong life! "
