Mr. Zhai Jiabin, a famous professor of traditional Chinese medicine in Inner Mongolia Medical University, gave a rich and practical lecture on appropriate techniques for community prevention and treatment of hypertension.

Zhai Jiabin graduated from Inner Mongolia Medical University with a master's degree in clinical basis of traditional Chinese medicine, and is an associate professor, chief physician and tutor of master's students in the Department of Health and Rehabilitation of College of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Inner Mongolia Medical University. He is currently the deputy director of the National Health Industry Committee, a member of the Tuina Branch of the Chinese Medicine Association, and a disciple of Academician Shi Xuemin, a master of Chinese medicine.
