How to eat oysters
Oysters can be roasted and eaten as follows:

Tools/materials: 1 oven, one piece of tin foil, 300g of oysters, 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce, a little chopped green onion, cooking wine, pepper and blending oil.

1. Separate the meat from the shell of the oyster, brush the shell with an old toothbrush and clean up the sediment.

2. Wash the oysters gently and marinate them with cooking wine and pepper 10 minute.

3. Wrap the baking tray with tin foil and put the oysters together with the shells; Preheat oven 200 for 5 minutes, and then bake in the lower layer of oven for 5 minutes.

4. Pour the vegetable oil into the sauce and stir well.

5. After the oysters are baked for 5 minutes, the oyster juice gradually oozes out, take out the baking tray, pour in the sauce, and continue baking for 7 minutes.

6. Take it out and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
