The method of chicken coconut

Ingredients: 3 coconuts, whole chicken 1 piece, red dates 1 piece, medlar 1 teaspoon, 3 slices of ginger, 5g of red pepper, 5g of Jiang Mo, and lime1piece.

Step 1: Open the coconut and pour out the coconut juice for later use.

Step 2: Peel the skin off the surface of the coconut, tap and circle with the back of the knife below the center line of the coconut, and the coconut can easily break the shell.

Step three, scoop out the coconut meat with a spoon after opening the shell and cut it into small pieces for later use.

The fourth step is to chop the whole chicken into small pieces.

Step 5, prepare a casserole, add coconut juice and coconut meat together, boil over high fire, and skim off any floating foam. If the coconut juice is not enough, you can add some water, and be careful not to exceed the coconut juice.
