Flowers have a special taste. I personally like raw peanuts very much. Compared with fried peanuts, raw peanuts also contain vitamin C. Theoretically, raw peanuts can also retain heat-labile components, including polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamins C and E, a certain amount of vitamin B 1\B2, active substance lecithin, etc.

However, some people feel sick when they eat raw peanuts. In fact, the main reason is that the dietary fiber content in raw peanuts is much higher than that in ordinary vegetables and fruits, and it has not been softened by heating. Some people with weak digestive function will have a bloated stomach if they eat too much.

What makes eating raw peanuts uncomfortable is mainly dietary fiber. Similarly, eating too much raw leeks can also cause stomach upset and diarrhea. People who do it are also the result of excessive peristalsis of the intestine stimulated by dietary fiber. Of course, raw leeks are worse than peanuts, and there are irritating sulfur-containing substances.

So eating raw and cooked varies from person to person, depending on your own situation.

Raw or cooked food, but quantity is fundamental. According to the data of China Food Composition Table (2nd Edition), the fat content of fried peanuts is 44.4%, ranking last among common nuts. Although the fat content of peanuts is lower than that of other nuts, it is still a high-fat food and is not suitable for eating more. The Dietary Guidelines for China Residents (20 16) suggests that the average daily total amount of soybeans and nuts is 25 ~ 35g. For example, if you eat about 25 grams of soybeans every day, then nuts can eat 10 grams (cooked), about 10~ 12 peanuts.
