Exercise:
1. Pulverizing Poria into fine powder, and sieving with 100 mesh sieve; Cut onions.
2. Put Poria powder, flour, glutinous rice flour, chopped green onion and salt into a sea bowl, add water and mix well into a paste for later use.
3. Heat the wok with high fire, add a little vegetable oil, and when it is 60% hot, add Poria mixture cream 1 ball every time. After one side is browned, turn it over and the other side is browned, and both sides are golden and ripe.
