One: An overview of Ren Du's second pulse.

Ren meridian and Du meridian play a very important role in human body. There are eight meridians and twelve meridians in the human body, among which Ren meridian and Du meridian play a commanding role.

Ren meridian dominates the Yin meridian of the whole body, while Du meridian dominates the Yang meridian of the whole body. Therefore, Ren meridian is called "the sea of Yin meridian", which has the function of regulating the whole body Yin meridian and qi. Du meridian is called "the sea of yang pulse", which has the function of regulating yang meridian and qi movement of the whole body. Therefore, people attach great importance to ren meridian and du meridian in the past and now. As long as you exercise according to the correct method stipulated in the practice of promoting qi and keeping in good health, the second meridian of Ren Du will be opened, and other meridians, including the twelve meridians, will be opened one after another after a step-by-step exercise process, and it will be opened on weekdays.

Two: Ren Mai.

Through one, two and three steps of exercise, the following route of Ren Mai is: starting from the upper paddle bearing point, going down along the abdominal line, and reaching Jujue point, that is, the heart socket. The first step is "exhale and pay attention to your heart". When the heart feels warm, heavy and full, it means that the upper part of Ren meridian has been opened; The second step is to "follow the abdomen", exhale from the heart to the lower abdomen, and after the air sinks into the abdomen, the section from the heart to the lower abdomen will also pass.

Further down is the third step of "regulating breath and hiding abdomen" to Guanyuan point, which is what we call Xiadantian, where we can cultivate the vitality of Dantian. When the true qi descends along the ren meridian and swims backwards, there will be pruritus in the perineum and beating in the perineum. The perineum is the end of Ren meridian and the starting point of Du meridian. The ancients called perineum "Xiaque Bridge". Yin Hui point is called the "Qiao pulse" among the eight strange meridians. In the past, doctors attached great importance to Qiao Mai. After the qi passes through the perineum, it enters the Du meridian.

Three: Du meridian.

There is Sandao Pass on the Du Meridian, and the customs clearance we usually say is to pass this last Sandao Pass.

The first level, the tail level. There is a long and strong point in the coccyx, which is called "gas tail".

The true qi goes up to the second lumbar vertebra, and there is another acupoint called Mingmen. Although it's not off, the true qi is very active here. It goes straight to Guanyuan point in front, which is Xiadantian. When the true qi arrives here, anyone with kidney deficiency and waist disease will feel particularly sour and sleepy, and most of them will feel the fire of life, just like boiling two kidneys in boiling water.

The second stage is the clamping ridge stage. The true qi goes up to Jiajiguan. In the fifth thoracic vertebra, there are two acupoints, one is Lingtai and the other is Shinto, which leads directly to the heart. Therefore, people with heart disease will feel chest tightness, shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat and premature beats here, as if heart disease is about to recur. Many self-taught people don't understand this truth, so they dare not exercise, and they are afraid when they come. In fact, this is an inevitable reaction of acrobatics, and it is a phenomenon that the true qi and the sick qi fight each other. Keep exercising, as long as you are too angry. The ancients said: "As soon as the spine passes, the disease will be gone." As soon as the true qi passes through the jiajiguan, it is not difficult to feel that many typical symptoms are obviously alleviated or disappeared.

Further up is the Dazhui, between the seventh cervical vertebra and the first thoracic vertebra. Although Dazhui point is not closed, it is also very uncomfortable for people with cervical spondylosis or scapulohumeral periarthritis to pass through here. Some people have stiff necks, sore shoulders and some can't lift their arms. These symptoms disappeared as soon as the qi passed.

The third level is the Jade Pillow Pass. The true qi continues to ascend through Dazhui and reaches the last pass of Du meridian-Yuzhen Pass. There is also an acupoint called Fengfu at the foramen magnum. It is an objective standard that the true qi will be cleared as soon as it passes the jade pillow. After the jade pillow is closed, the Du meridian is not finished, and then the Baihui point is up, which is what we call Shangdantian.

Xiabaihui point, via Zuqiao to Yinjiao point, and Du meridian ends at Yinjiao point. The mouth is empty here. What should I do?

We ask everyone to touch the upper jaw with their tongue and bring the true qi from Du meridian to Ren meridian. This is called going to the Magpie Bridge, also called "going to the Magpie Bridge", and connecting the veins with the tongue.

From the bearing point to the gum point, and then down to 360 degrees a week, that is, small Sunday, our exercise is to solve this problem. As mentioned earlier, the Du meridian will be opened one after another, and the functions of the internal organs and limbs will become stronger and stronger.
