The instrument can be configured with various modules, and can be widely used for sample preservation, preservation and reaction of various enzymes, denaturation treatment of nucleic acid and protein, PCR reaction, electrophoresis prededenaturation and serum coagulation.

The thermostat operates as follows:

1. Before starting the machine, check whether the power cord plug has been reliably inserted into the power socket and whether the power cord is reliably grounded.

2, temperature setting, turn on the power switch, all indicator lights and digital tubes are on. After about 5 seconds, the number displayed in the instantaneous temperature display window is the instantaneous temperature of the metal module, and the number displayed in the set temperature display window is the last used set temperature.

3. Before and after each use, the conical hole of the module must be cleaned with a cotton swab dipped in distilled water to ensure that the test tube is in full contact with the conical hole wall.

4. If the experimental operation is carried out at a constant temperature of 4 degrees Celsius for more than 4 hours, the condensed water of the module must be removed, the power supply must be cut off by unplugging the power plug, then the two black knobs on the module are unscrewed, the module is taken out, the condensed water of each contact surface is removed with a soft cloth, and then the module is installed and reset.
