"In recent decades, with the development of high technology and modernization, many people are busy with three things: eating toxic food and taking harmful drugs, and at the same time creating various opportunities intentionally or unintentionally, making themselves feel anxious, emotionally worse and psychologically exhausted."
In Dayaoshan (Jinxiu County, Laibin, Guangxi) opposite the city, there is a lack of medical care and medicine. When I went to Jinxiu before, I found that there were not many hospitals. It may be inconvenient to go to the hospital in the village, but every village has centenarians and every household goes out. Why?
Lao Luo said that the spleen and stomach are the foundation of the day after tomorrow and the source of qi and blood biochemistry, which means that what we eat will be transformed into qi and blood after being digested by the spleen and stomach. In modern times, many people's lives have been reversed. They don't seek medical help when they are sick, but take precautions before they get sick. "The most important thing in life is to eat and drink water." When they get sick, they prevent some diseases from the beginning.
Rice is the most important part of eating and drinking water.
Jinxiu Yao people have mastered the application of rice, which can satisfy hunger and cure diseases.
"Rice is better than medicine"
Lao Luo often tells us that rice can cure diseases. Really? We found a lot of literature to demonstrate this matter, among which Luan Jiaqin and Gong Jinru, famous doctors of traditional Chinese medicine, wrote "Rice is better than medicine", which generally mentioned the importance of eating rice:
1. Rice can nourish the heart.
In some cases, there is a girl who has been amenorrhea for a long time and can't get out. She insists on eating a lot of rice and drinking rice soup. After a while, her face was rosy and her spirit was better, and even her long-lost menstruation came. Chinese medicine mentioned that "the heart governs blood", and blood has a great relationship with the heart. Amenorrhea does not bleed, which is probably caused by excessive qi. Increasing the consumption of rice can make the heart replenish quickly and take care of other organs, so the long-lost menstruation comes.
2. Rice can regulate the heart.
Nowadays, the pressure of work and life is increasing, and the symptoms of emptiness, irritability, anxiety and insomnia appear more and more frequently. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, these internal heat, dryness and dampness, ethos and coldness invade the state of mind, which leads people to be mad, resentful and depressed for a little thing. Rice is a good natural medicine, which can restore menstrual qi and treat the problem of getting angry and disturbing the heart.
In addition, rice has many functions, such as detoxification, strengthening physique, tonifying deficiency, beauty and so on.
"Dry rice will naturally remove water."
However, we usually eat rice. Why are Yao people healthier? Is rice different from rice?
In our daily life, the rice we often eat is rice, and rice itself has moisture. Nowadays, most rice cookers are used, and they can't get rid of moisture. When we eat, we have sent water to our stomachs. Spleen and stomach are the source of qi and blood biochemistry. If the humidity is heavy for a long time, it will cause the whole body resistance to decline, and other diseases will naturally increase.
In Dayaoshan, Yao people eat upland rice, also called Linghe (mountain rice), which is a kind of rice that is naturally dehumidified. This kind of rice grows in mountainous dry land, not paddy field, and is naturally not wet, which can be found all year round. It is said that according to Taoist doctors, qi can moisten the heart, strengthen the spleen and stomach, drain spring water, dissolve moisture in the human body and discharge it underground. Redmi produced in Huangni Valley is all made of upland rice germ rice. Rice yield is low and planting cost is high. Why is it expensive? But there are still many people seeking after it, and the market is in short supply.
Eating is a good medicine, and nourishing is a good doctor. Yao people in Dayaoshan, Jinxiu used rice as medicine, used tea as medicine, even bathed, washed feet, made camellia to receive guests, and even killed pigs to save pork in the New Year, all of which implied the wonderful use of Chinese medicine to soothe the soul, dredge the keel and recover from chronic diseases.
"Redmi is not the only one in Guangxi."
In Guangxi, besides Yao nationality, other areas also have ancient recipes and methods of health preservation. What many people don't know is that the mutton we usually eat is also an important ingredient in medicinal diet. In Zhuang area of Guangxi, it is celebrated to slaughter sheep on holidays, and pregnant women are nourished with mutton soup during childbirth. Doctor Zhuang believes that animals grow in deep mountains and forests, rivers, lakes and seas all the year round, with the purest atmosphere of heaven and earth and the most powerful supplement. Man is the soul of all things, and it is most effective to use animal medicine with flesh and blood to tonify deficiency. Among them, mutton warming is the nutritional value of common animal meat and the best diet for nourishing and fitness. Chongzuo, Guangxi is the region with the largest number of colored goats in China. The development of mutton food and health care value is the direction worthy of research and development in the future.
