The second batch of training time is from March 2022 to the end of February 2023. Each batch of training lasts for 12 months, including theoretical training for 2 months, clinical training for 9 months, and grassroots practical training for 1 month. It mainly trains students in the theory of general practice and community health service, clinical thinking of general practice, general practice and service mode, and relevant national laws and regulations, focusing on cultivating basic clinical diagnosis and treatment ability and public health service ability, so that students can establish general practice ideas and service concepts and be familiar with general practice service.

Transfer training for basic-level general practitioners is one of the important ways to train general practitioners, and it is also an important measure to implement the Guiding Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Medical and Health System issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, the State Council and the State Council, which has far-reaching significance for strengthening the construction of general practitioners in basic-level health institutions in the province. Establish a grassroots medical and health team with general practitioners as the main body as soon as possible to improve the service level and quality of grassroots medical and health institutions in the province.
