(a) the qualification examination object

According to the requirements of "Announcement on Centralized and Open Recruitment of College Graduates in Guangdong Province in 2023" and "Announcement on Centralized and Open Recruitment of College Graduates in Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province in 2023 and Related Matters", the shortlisted interviewers are determined according to the performance level and the ratio of the number of job recruiters 1:5. If the proportion of qualified candidates in the written test for recruitment positions is less than 1:5, the shortlisted interviewers will be determined according to the actual qualified candidates in the written test. For details, please refer to the List of Qualified Examiners for Centralized Open Recruitment of College Graduates in Qingyuan City in 2023 (attachment).

(two) the time and place of qualification examination

1. Time: Friday, June 30th, 2023, from 9: 00 am to 9: 00 pm 12: 00 pm 14: 30 pm to 17: 00 pm.

2. Address: Lecture Hall on the first floor of the new library of Qingyuan Technician College (Qingyuan High-tech Development Zone 14 Zone).

(3) Materials to be submitted for qualification examination.

When applicants enter the qualification examination, they shall submit the following documents, certificates and other materials for qualification examination. All documents, certificates and other materials shall be provided with 1 original and A4 paper, and one copy shall be returned to the original after review to prove the receipt of the materials.

1. Valid ID card (both sides are copied on the same A4 paper);

2. Registration Form [printed on A4 paper on both sides. Specific requirements: this form needs to be downloaded from the registration system; All candidates' information in this form must be written neatly and completely, seeking truth from facts, and must not be concealed or filled in with any relevant information; Study and work experience (in chronological order, starting from middle school, fill in year, month, year, month, place, unit and work), and there shall be no gaps in time; After I have passed the examination, I will sign my name in the applicant's commitment column];

3. Graduates in 2023 must also provide student ID cards, employment recommendation forms for ordinary college graduates, and relevant certification materials for job requirements;

4. Other personnel must also provide academic certificates, degree certificates, electronic registration and filing forms for academic certificates of the Ministry of Education (applicants need to log in to Xuexin.com/verify to download and print) and relevant certification materials for job requirements;

5. Returned overseas students are required to provide relevant certification materials such as foreign academic qualifications and degree certification letters issued by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Those who study outside the country (territory) and obtain academic qualifications and degrees outside the country (territory) must obtain academic qualifications and degree certificates issued by relevant institutions affiliated to the Ministry of Education (limited to candidates studying in Hong Kong and Macao and studying abroad);

6. If the candidate's major is not listed in the professional catalogue (no professional code), and a similar major is selected in the online registration, the required courses of this major must be basically the same as the professional main courses required by the post, and materials such as transcripts of the major courses (stamped by the Academic Affairs Office), explanations on whether the course comparison issued by colleges and universities is basically the same, and the basis for setting up the major of graduate colleges and universities should be provided.

(4) Other matters.

1. The subject of qualification examination shall bring relevant materials to the designated place for qualification examination at the designated time. Failure to conduct qualification examination on time shall be deemed as automatic waiver. If the documents (certificates) are incomplete and cannot be completed before the end of the qualification examination or do not meet the qualification requirements, the interview qualification will be cancelled. Those who fail the qualification examination shall not participate in the interview.

2. Please keep the applicants who have entered the qualification examination in communication so as to contact in time. If you can't get in touch, it's considered giving up.

3. Make up the interview qualification examination arrangement.

During the interview qualification examination, the candidates for the qualification examination are determined according to the post written test scores from high to low. At that time, the replacement object will be informed by phone to participate in the qualification examination of the replacement interview as required (please keep the registration phone open when applying for the written test). If you can't contact the replacement object because of the wrong registration phone number, power off or not answering the phone, you will be deemed to have given up the recruitment qualification automatically and notified the next candidate to participate in the qualification examination of the replacement in turn).
