Autumn recipes arrange celery fried pork liver, as follows:

1. Wash celery first and cut into sections; Shred red pepper; Slice pig liver.

2. Add sugar, pepper, cooking wine, starch and soy sauce to the pork liver and mix well; Blanch celery with light salt water and cool.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of olive oil into the wok, add shallots and ginger, stir-fry until fragrant, then pour pork liver, stir-fry until the color becomes firm, and serve for later use.
