2. Visitors to Chiang Mai must visit Cycas Temple, an ancient temple in the ancient capital of Chiang Mai. The tower in the temple is made of gold, and you can enjoy the panoramic view of Chiang Mai around the tower. Anyone who comes to Chiang Mai and has never been there can be said to have never been to Chiang Mai.
3. Sutieshan Shuanglong Temple, a famous Buddhist shrine in Chiang Mai, was founded in A.D. 1383. Legend has it that King Gulana put a white elephant and a Buddhist relic into the jungle. The white elephant came to Su Tieshan, sang three times and fell to the ground, so the king ordered people to build a temple here. The 309 steps in front of the temple are guarded by two long dragon sculptures, hence the name Shuanglong Temple.
