Three, based on the company's performance growth and social and economic changes, or the degree of employee efforts makes wage changes necessary, under the premise of reaching an agreement with the trade union, the basic salary of employees can be increased or decreased.
4. Regular salary increase is implemented every year on165438+1October 2 1 day, but when salary increase is decided after1October 2 1 day, it can be made up on the next salary payment day.
5. The following employees are not included in the normal salary increase:
1_ Temporary workers and employees whose salaries are specially set by the company.
2_ External personnel.

Seven, the following circumstances should implement a special salary increase, and the implementation of the next wage payment date.
1_ A person whose technical progress is obvious enough to be a model for his colleagues, recommended by the department head and evaluated by the human resources department, thinks that his performance is excellent and it is necessary to raise his salary.
2_ When employees in special positions think it is necessary to raise their salary after evaluation by the Human Resources Department.
3_ When other outstanding employees are commended and the company deems it necessary to raise salary.
Eight, the benchmark salary includes basic salary (seniority salary and functional salary) and subsidies (qualification grade allowance and post allowance).
Nine, the provisions of the length of service salary are as follows:
1_ According to the difference of employees' length of service, the company formulates the Reference Table of Length of Service Wages, and implements wage adjustment every year on 65438+February 3 1. If the price rises, the salary of working age will also be adjusted with the change of its proportion.
2_ The seniority salary of new employees shall be paid according to the "natural seniority" salary standard, except that they shall be employed in the first year according to the "standard school year graduation seniority" salary standard.
Ten, the provisions of the functional salary are as follows:
1_ The company formulates the functional salary of employees according to the results of personnel assessment. If the price rises, the amount of functional wages should also be changed accordingly.
2_ The salary of each grade is based on the primary salary of that grade as the standard basis for promotion.
3_ When an employee is promoted to increase capital, the functional salary before promotion is added to the salary increase standard of seniority level.
If the amount after promotion is lower than the salary standard of promotion level, it should be based on the standard functional salary.
Eleven, the first post staff salary provisions are as follows:

Fifteen, housing subsidies are subsidies for employees who have to rent a house because there is no owner-occupied housing, and the standards are handled in accordance with the following provisions:
1_ Those who need to support their families and have more than three people in their families will be given a monthly subsidy to 800 yuan.
2_ Employees under any of the following circumstances are not entitled to housing subsidies.
(1) Single employees live in the company dormitory.
(2) Those who have accepted the interest subsidy of housing provident fund subsidized by the company.
3_ If the subordinate status of employees' qualifications changes, they should apply for changing the housing allowance. When you are eligible for or lose the allowance, you should also increase or decrease the allowance in the month when the fact occurs (before the next salary payment) according to the application.
4_ Employees who do not live in company dormitories or factory dormitories, who live in the homes of non-immediate family members due to geographical advantages, will be given a monthly housing subsidy of 100 yuan; The interest on the housing fund subsidized by the company has been accepted.
This provision also applies to employees.
Sixteen, the provisions of the dependency allowance are as follows:
1_ dependency allowance is the company's minimum living guarantee for families who need to support their families.
The standards for disabled employees' allowance and dependency allowance are as follows:
(1) amount of spouse support allowance, 800 yuan per month.
(2) immediate family members other than spouses (no more than 4 dependents), 200 yuan per person per month.
2_ If you want to accept the dependency allowance or increase the number of dependent families, you need to apply for changing the dependency allowance. When the eligibility for allowance is lost or the number of dependents is reduced, it should also be within the month when the fact occurs.

3_ Relatives of employees who meet the following conditions can apply for support allowance:

18. When employees are ordered to transfer to other places to perform their duties, the company will pay allowances in the following ways:
1_ The house rent or hotel expenses confirmed by the company can be handled by the way of reimbursement.
2_ Resettlement allowance is used to subsidize employees' rental expenses, and 5% of the salary within the benchmark is reserved for employees' overseas resettlement expenses and subsidies.
3_ The calculation of relocation allowance starts from the date of relocation arrival.
Nineteen, the object of special work allowance includes the garrison and equipment administrators, and the monthly allowance is based on the 600 yuan subsidy.
Twenty, according to the provisions of the "Regulations on Human Resources Management", for the work outside the prescribed time and the work on holidays, the work allowance outside the prescribed working hours shall be paid according to the following calculation method:
1_ The allowance standard for work outside working hours and holidays is (unit: RMB/hour):

2_ Overtime allowance from the evening after normal working hours 10: 00 to 5: 00 the next morning.

4_ Employees above Grade 7 are not entitled to overtime allowance.
