Summary: What dishes do Indians like to eat?
Indians don't like meat, but they like vegetarianism. I guess they still despise people who eat meat. India only eats three kinds of meat, chicken, fish and goat meat, and eats very little. Indians don't like drinking, which is a tradition, but it's not a problem for young people to get together and drink heavily. Besides, I have seen some old people go to wine shops and go home happily with two bottles of vodka. Indians smoke very little, which is not a traditional problem, but may be an economic problem, because I saw Indian smokers buy a cigarette in a cigarette shop and enjoy it.

Indian shops don't sell alcohol and cigarettes, and supermarkets don't sell meat. There are shops that specialize in selling cigarettes and wine, but I don't know where to buy meat, so I went to bazaars and night markets. In the atmosphere that there should be roast mutton stalls everywhere in China, I didn't even see a small piece of meat, and there were stalls selling nuts and sweets everywhere. I can't eat my favorite meat, which makes the Indian diet much worse than mine.

When eating, Indians usually order a side dish called "OLC", namely onion, lemon and pepper. The chef cut these three things into pieces and put them on the plate, and the diners grabbed them and put them in their mouths at any time. Because Indians love curry very much, they need "OLC" to neutralize the strong taste of curry.

When eating Indian food, you'd better drink red wine or beer, because both kinds of wine are clear. I especially recommend King Fisher, India's most famous beer, which feels just right with rich Indian food.
