Indian shops don't sell alcohol and cigarettes, and supermarkets don't sell meat. There are shops that specialize in selling cigarettes and wine, but I don't know where to buy meat, so I went to bazaars and night markets. In the atmosphere that there should be roast mutton stalls everywhere in China, I didn't even see a small piece of meat, and there were stalls selling nuts and sweets everywhere. I can't eat my favorite meat, which makes the Indian diet much worse than mine.
When eating, Indians usually order a side dish called "OLC", namely onion, lemon and pepper. The chef cut these three things into pieces and put them on the plate, and the diners grabbed them and put them in their mouths at any time. Because Indians love curry very much, they need "OLC" to neutralize the strong taste of curry.
When eating Indian food, you'd better drink red wine or beer, because both kinds of wine are clear. I especially recommend King Fisher, India's most famous beer, which feels just right with rich Indian food.
