I always want to sleep a little longer on Monday morning, so I try to arrange breakfast simply in Aauto faster and eat as early as possible.
Eight-treasure porridge: I made an appointment with a rice cooker before going to bed last night. I made an appointment for 7 hours at night 10, and the temperature was just right in the morning.
Slice toast: I baked two pieces of toast yesterday, cooled them, sliced them and wrapped them all. I put it in the breakfast machine this morning, baked it, and it smells delicious. I used eight-treasure porridge for breakfast, just right.
Stir-fry dried mushrooms: stir-fry shredded ginger and minced garlic in a hot pot, then stir-fry mushrooms and dried mushrooms, then add blanched spinach, add a little salt to taste, and stir-fry evenly. It tastes good with boiled eggs.
Tuesday breakfast: millet paste, fried rice with corn and eggs, fungus and vegetables, kiwi fruit.
Millet paste: I soaked millet and glutinous rice before going to bed last night and put them in a high-speed blender in the morning. I chose the function of rice paste and cooked it in 20 minutes.
Corn fried rice: I made more rice last night and mixed corn, eggs and carrots this morning. Stir-fry the eggs first, then pour in the corn kernels and carrots and stir-fry them over high fire, then add the rice, stir well, add some salt to taste, and stir well.
Black fungus and green vegetables: soak black fungus in advance, clean it, boil it in water until it is broken, and add green vegetables and stir fry to taste.
Breakfast on Wednesday: Xiaomi glutinous rice porridge, pancakes, zucchini fried tofu skin, eggs and apples.
Xiaomi glutinous rice porridge: Millet with glutinous rice. You can reserve a rice cooker before going to bed at night and eat it directly in the morning, which saves a lot of things.
Pancakes: Pancakes are delicious only when they are freshly cooked, but the dough can be made in advance. The night before, the noodles were mixed with half boiled water and half warm water, kneaded into semi-scalded noodles, wrapped in fresh-keeping bags and put in the refrigerator for refrigeration. Get up in the morning and roll it directly into pancakes, brush it with oil, sprinkle some salt, roll it into cakes, bake it with an electric baking pan and cut it into small pieces.
Zucchini tofu skin: cut the tofu skin into small pieces, add a little carrot and green pepper to the zucchini, and cut them all into small pieces. Cool the oil in a hot pan, add shredded ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add bean curd skin and stir-fry, add a little water to stir-fry the bean curd skin, then add zucchini, carrot and green pepper, stir-fry quickly over high fire, and finally add a proper amount of salt to taste.

Thursday breakfast: minced meat, milk and apple noodles.
Minced pork noodles: pour a little oil into the wok, add diced pork belly when the oil is hot, stir-fry the oil inside with low fire, then add minced onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, then add light soy sauce and oyster sauce. Then add diced carrots, corn kernels and poached egg pieces, pour water and cook for 5 minutes, and finally add salt to taste. In addition, take the noodles out of the pot and pour the minced meat soup, and the noodles will be fine.
A bowl of hot noodles with a glass of warm milk is more nutritious.
Friday breakfast: wonton, fried eggs and pitaya.
Wonton: Wonton for breakfast is very soft and comfortable, but it must be wrapped in advance, and this step can be completed the night before. Wonton skin can be made by yourself, and the dough is hard. Roll it into thin dough and cut it into small pieces. In the stuffing part, add eggs, soy sauce, oyster sauce, Jiang Mo, chopped green onion and salt into the minced meat and stir well. Then wrap it in your favorite shape, freeze it in the refrigerator, get up in the morning, cook it and take it out. Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the bowl, or add shrimp skin and seaweed. Pour in the hot soup and add the wonton. It is delicious.

Saturday breakfast: soybean milk, egg cake, steamed sweet potato, fried chrysanthemum.
Wash the sweet potato before getting up, steam it in a steamer, and then beat the soybean milk.
Soymilk: Soak soybeans, mix them with peanuts and red dates, beat them into soymilk with a high-speed blender or soymilk machine, and boil them.
Egg cake: add eggs, salt and water to flour and stir it into batter. Preheat the electric baking pan, brush a layer of oil on the bottom of the pan, pour in the batter, spread it evenly on the bottom of the pan, bake until both sides are golden, and cut into small pieces.
Next, wash the chrysanthemum and cut it into sections. Put oil in a hot pan and cool, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add Artemisia selengensis, stir-fry until it is off, and finally add a little salt to taste.
Sunday breakfast: glutinous rice, carrot and corn paste, purple potato cake, stir-fried broccoli &; Eggs.
Glutinous rice, corn and carrot rice paste: the glutinous rice head is soaked late, and it can be done in 20 minutes with carrot and corn kernels, using the rice paste function of high-speed mixer.
Purple potato cake: knead a half-boiled noodle into a ball, cut the purple potato into small pieces and steam it in a steamer. Press purple potato into purple potato paste, divide the dough into small dough, wrap it with purple potato paste, and bake it in an electric baking pan. Sweet and delicious.
