What's the trick to remove bacteria and mites from bed sheets?
1. Turn the quilt over and spread it out.

Don't rush to fold the quilt after getting up early. Turn the quilt over and let it spread out. The purpose of this is to make the water evaporate.

Step 2 use a towel

Before going to bed every day, put a clean towel on the pillow and get up early the next day to wash the towel.

3. Replace the new pillow in time

After washing your hair, be sure to blow dry it before going to bed. Don't lie on the pillow with wet hair, lest the pillow be moldy. When the pillow is dirty, sunken or loses its elasticity, it should be replaced with a new pillow immediately.

4, vacuum cleaner mites

Don't open the curtains in a hurry after getting up. Keep it dark for 1-2 hours to let the dust mites escape. Connect the vacuum cleaner with the special suction head for bedding, and then use it to remove hair, dander and dust mites from pillows, quilts and mattresses.

Replace the bedding every 1-2 weeks and dry it at 60℃ for 5- 10 minutes to kill the dust mite.

Tip: How to save and store bedding in time?

1, when changing seasons, bedding should be cleaned and dried before storage.

2. Non-washable quilts can be dried by a dry cleaner with a big dryer 10-20 minutes.

3. After the quilt dried by the dry cleaner is taken home, it should be spread out 1-2 days with the dehumidifier turned on, and then put into a compression bag for storage.
