The eyes can't see anything, the ears can't hear anything, and the heart knows nothing, so that your spirit can hold on to your body tightly and your body can live forever.
Carefully eliminate all thoughts and close all external senses. Too much ingenuity will inevitably lead to failure.
Heaven and earth have their own masters, and Yin and Yang have their own treasures. Be careful to protect your body, and everything will grow naturally. I am on the road to escape, in the realm of harmony between yin and yang, so I have practiced 1200 years, and my figure has never aged. "

Things in the universe have no end, but people think it has an end; Things in the universe can't be detected, but people think it has traces to follow.
Those who have mastered the avenue I mentioned can become emperors and princes all over the world; Those who can't master the avenue I mentioned can only see the light of the sun and the moon on earth, and can only turn into clods on earth.
Now everything is flourishing, born in the ground and returned to the ground, so I'm going to leave you, enter the endless door and roam in the wild.
I will shine with the sun and the moon and coexist with heaven and earth. People will die, but I can live forever! "
