How to treat health after 90?
I think this is normal. Health preservation is not the privilege of middle-aged and elderly people, but a healthy living habit. As a post-90s generation, I like keeping in good health. Of course, I'm not saying that I value it as much as the old people, but I'm much better than my peers. For example, I don't smoke, drink less, eat more fruits and vegetables, eat less unhealthy junk food, try not to stay up late at night, get up early in the morning, and enjoy walking and exercising on weekdays. I don't think this should be a matter for the elderly. On the contrary, I think this should be a state that we young people should have. Many times, our health is bad because we didn't cherish it when we were young. After middle age, all our problems not only make us feel uncomfortable, but also bring trouble to our families.
