True Story
Life lies in movement, and movement is "dynamic" and "static". Moon disease can't do strenuous exercise, so I began to try all kinds of TCM health exercises, and gradually changed from "dynamic" to "static", and I had some unprecedented experiences: magical and shocking, until I completely destroyed the three views (subverted my concept).

1. Exercise means "moving" and running!

Life lies in sports, which I have been educated since I was a child, and I am convinced. When it comes to "sports", my brain will think of "dynamic" sports like "running" in a conditioned way. Because when we were growing up (I was born in the 1980s), our material life was not so rich, and our exercise methods were not so diverse, so running was the lowest cost exercise.

I once saw a sketch on TV, which impressed me deeply: an old man doesn't like sports, believes in "life lies in stillness" and is as motionless as a turtle when he is free. Finally, he checked his body and found a whole set of problems. The original intention of this sketch is to promote sports and fitness. Why am I impressed? Because, I am the kind of person who is ridiculed by sketches. Although I'm not motionless, I really don't like sports, and I like staying at home. Although, I also know that life lies in exercise, I envy the energy of others when they run. I tried to get up and run in the morning, but I didn't succeed in the end, so I couldn't keep going ... I comforted myself: physical education class's grades were not bad, and he was healthy, but he was just lazy.

Later, after being with my husband, my life began to change, because he was a runner when he was young, and he had to run for an hour or two every day at a speed that was not too fast. At first, I followed him. After running, I felt my appetite was good, I ate more than usual, and I slept heavily. I thought running was really good. However, I gradually feel a little tired and don't want to run any more. I thought I was going to get lazy cancer. Until one time, I had hypoglycemia after exercise and almost passed out. My husband is afraid to let me run with him. I also began to realize that I might not be suitable for such strenuous exercise. Looking back now, my health is indeed worse than I felt, because I had difficulty breathing in the bathroom at that time, and my laziness in the past may be a kind of protection for my body.

I am in my twenties, and I should be the most energetic age. How can I be in poor health? Come to think of it, it may be related to congenital inheritance. My parents are not very strong people, but their health is not very bad. Then, the biggest problem should be the deterioration of my physical fitness caused by staying up late for a long time. At that time, I hardly slept before 12, and working late is a way of life for me. As mentioned above, Chinese medicine says that "the tide rises and falls at noon", and not sleeping at home will affect hematopoiesis, detoxify and destroy immunity. But at that time, I didn't know how powerful it was. ...

Another important factor is that I didn't pay much attention to my diet at that time. For me, it is common to eat preserved fruit as a meal, eat watermelon instead of eating in summer and drink iced drinks. Still drinking iced drinks and blowing air conditioners at noon in the hottest summer, hurting my heart but not knowing it. At that time, my hands and feet were cold, I had dysmenorrhea, and my face and lips were white. I still feel that my skin is white and beautiful, and I didn't find myself sick at all.

Is my situation an example? Not necessarily. Poor health of young people seems to have become an increasingly common phenomenon.

In recent years, it is often heard that young people die suddenly after exercise, college students even die suddenly in the classroom, and young people get cancer. Recently, the People's Daily published an article on WeChat, saying that the number of medical examinations for the 20 17 conscription has increased compared with previous years, but the unqualified rate of medical examinations is so high that the elimination rate of medical examinations in a city is as high as 56.9%. Although the physical examination for conscription is strict, the number is really scary. A post-90s generation wrote an article called "We are young, but in poor health", which hit the nail on the head.

Why are young people generally getting worse? Not all genetic reasons, mainly caused by external factors. Apart from the fact that young people may often stay up late, there are still some problems that may be created by our growing up.

For example, since the 1990s, there have been more and more additive foods, especially children's snacks and drinks. In the 1980s and 1990s, fertilizers and pesticides were widely used in planting, and feed, hormones and antibiotics were widely used in raising animals (including aquatic products). Pigs are slaughtered in three or four months, and it is easier to cut pork than tofu; The growth cycle of chickens has been shortened to more than one month, and in the 1970s, chickens had to eat food to grow for nearly one year. So is the meat, eggs and milk eaten by children after 80, 90 and 00 still nutritious? Many children are in poor health and precocious. Has nothing to do with such food? (The issue of genetically modified foods will not be discussed first, and there is not enough space. )

According to reports, in 20 15 years, thousands of children in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai underwent urine tests, among which 60% of children's urine tests contained antibiotics, and some antibiotics were only used by animals, obviously from food. Another important source of antibiotics in children is overtreatment. Parents are worried about their children's illness, so they should take medicine and injections quickly to get better, and they can't avoid excessive use of antibiotics (I thought I didn't have this problem, but I didn't expect to find out later that the amoxicillin I often eat is an antibiotic, and I became allergic after taking it for several years, but I didn't know what was going on at that time). Abuse of antibiotics will kill normal bacteria, destroy health, and may also cultivate super drug-resistant bacteria. From the perspective of Chinese medicine, most of these western medicines are cold medicines, which are easy to cause cold constitution. I remember that the temperature decided to live, die and die. If the basal body temperature is low, it is easy to grow cancer.

Rome wasn't built in a day. When our children grow up, they will not eat well if they are exposed to additives, snacks, drinks, hormones, antibiotics, meat, eggs and milk for many years. If you are in poor health, you will go to excessive medical treatment and use antibiotics in infusion bottles, which will lead to worse health and fall into a vicious circle. The food industry keeps sending patients to the medical system. This is the cruel reality. Born in this era, can young people be in good health?

Actually, what I said is not comprehensive enough. You can use your head to think about it. There are many people and wide ideas. For another example, in the season of sweating in summer, it is also a disease of the times to blow air conditioning for temporary comfort and suppress sweating abruptly.

Anyway, when I was young, I used to think that running could naturally run out of a healthy body. However, if the body is riddled with holes, strenuous exercise will not exhaust health, but life. Therefore, my body protects me in the form of laziness.

Finally, after I gave birth to a child, hidden physical problems began to erupt in an all-round way. What I showed was that I was tortured to death by "Moon Disease". I don't have the strength to run anymore, and it is very difficult to walk, because I am afraid of the wind and dare not go out. My exercise mode has opened up a new model.

2. "Slow" Movement: Wuqinxi

You can't do strenuous exercise because you are weak. I can't go out to exercise because I'm afraid of blowing; You can't do complicated exercises yet, because "a baby's brain for three years" can't learn too complicated things. There are not many exercise methods that meet the above conditions. I have tried many methods, and I can say that I have looked for her thousands of times.

The first thing I came into contact with was that Ba Liren taught many small methods in the book "Seeking a doctor is better than seeking yourself", such as pushing the abdomen, kneeling on the ground, climbing the gecko ... To be honest, these methods have limited effect on me: others can push the abdomen to burp and fart, and I just push the skin. Kneeling is only blue, and you can't see any special improvement in your body; Gecko hasn't learned yet. ...

I was also very excited after practicing "throwing hands" for a few days, but my arm was swollen, and nothing else had any effect.

I tried lacing, and I stopped after I tried. Because, I am curled up in it, and the process of stretching is too painful, as if pulling my life. I am very resistant to this kind of exercise in my heart.

I tried Tai Ji Chuan. It's size twenty-four. However, it's too complicated! My brain is broken and I can't remember what to do next.

I also practiced Baduanjin for a while. Baduanjin looks very simple, just eight steps. As far as I know, Mr. Deng Tietao and Ms. Jiang Yang, famous Chinese medicine practitioners, also practice Ba Duan Jin. They are all long-lived centenarians! I am very interested. These eight pieces of brocade belong to guided qigong and so on, so the movements should be slow. However, I play like broadcast gymnastics. It's straight, I don't feel anything ... Besides, I can't stretch like "holding triple energizer with both hands and conditioning my spleen and stomach with one hand".

So many technologies are not suitable for me, and I am a little depressed. But I didn't stop exploring, because I thought it over. Everything comes to him who waits, and at this time, I met the "Wuqinxi".

Wuqinxi, the name is too familiar. I know he is related to the famous doctor Hua Tuo. Although the Wuqinxi that is circulating now is not necessarily created by Hua Tuo himself. Wuqinxi is very simple. It imitates five animals: tiger, deer, ape (monkey), bear and bird. Some actions of these animals can achieve the effect of strengthening the body. These actions don't need much space and can be done in a small place indoors; And there is no excessive stretching and lacing, which suits me very well. Five animals do two actions repeatedly, which is simple, and my IQ can be hold. And it's interesting to imitate the actions of animals, just like children playing games. I was so involved that I forgot that I was a patient and I was practicing hard for my health.

After watching the teacher's demonstration in the video, I feel that one word is "slow". I can't slow down Baduanjin, but I slow down Wuqinxi. Because every animal's movements are coordinated with its hands and feet, and there are some slight changes, the brain must think about when and where to put its hands and feet and how to twist its body. When the brain turns slowly, the body naturally slows down.

When practicing in front of the mirror, I suddenly found myself a little "fairy". Especially imitating the flapping of bird wings makes me feel like a master of enlightenment (let me "fantasize" for a while ...).

Let's get back to the point. What's the effect of this five beasts show? Let's just say it's good! Every time I finish a set of movements, I feel Shu Tai all over, and my body is slightly hot. There seems to be a layer of hot air around my body, sometimes I sweat slightly, and sometimes I don't sweat (this is better than soaking my feet). It feels just right for me, a patient who is weak and afraid of cold. The whole process didn't consume too much energy, but it made me feel very long-term and comfortable.

At that time, I was ill for almost two years, and the symptoms of cold, dampness and stuffy pain near my chest and heart had appeared. When I am doing "Xiong Huang" action, I can hear the sound of visceral friction in my chest; The action of "monkey picking peaches" will make my heart ache a little. This is what I have not achieved with other treatments (including moxibustion). So I'm very satisfied with wuqinxi. If many Chinese medicine practitioners were not allowed to practice Qigong, I might have been practicing Wuqinxi.

The effect of wuqinxi surprised me. I didn't expect the "slow" movement to have such an effect. I saw many aunts and grandfathers walking in the park. Most of them walked fast and some walked slowly. Maybe they think walking can exercise. However, the "slow" movement of this Wuqinxi seems to be different from the "slow" movement. Wuqinxi mobilized almost all parts of the body, and the internal organs were also moving. Perhaps in this gentle exercise, the meridians have been exercised and unblocked.

Traditional Chinese medicine in Xu Wenbing says that "fitness" and "bodybuilding" are different: the body refers to the trunk and trunk, and the body refers to the extended branches of limbs and trunk. So, should running and walking belong to "fitness"? And the methods that can really exercise the trunk and internal organs, such as Wuqinxi and Baduanjin, belong to "fitness"? My personal experience tells me that maybe I need to exercise my trunk and internal organs more so that I can live longer.

Later, the search found that Wuqinxi belonged to qigong and guidance. Is this qigong? I didn't expect it to be so simple and interesting. But what is "Qi"? I don't know, it works anyway! A lot of people are practicing, I just don't know.

Why am I thousands of miles away from such a simple and effective movement in the information age? If it weren't for this moon disease, I really don't know the good things left by this ancestor.

In fact, this is just the beginning. What's more, the movement that made me lose my glasses and subvert my world view is still behind. ...
