3. Hold valid certificates such as hygiene license, special trade license and ID card → go to the local administrative department for industry and commerce to apply for a beauty salon or beauty salon business license;

4. Hold the original, duplicate and valid seal of the business license → register with the local tax authorities to receive tax invoices.
