First of all, Chinese medicine believes that the liver dominates the ascending hair, so the liver qi is vigorous in spring, and the liver Mu Yi dotes on the spleen, so improper health preservation in spring is easy to damage the spleen and lead to the decline of spleen and stomach function. 1. Prescribed diet

But this season, we should eat less warm and spicy products such as mutton and hot pot to prevent the yang from leaking out.
2. Sports.
Traditional Chinese medicine believes that "spleen governs the muscles of limbs" and moderate physical exercise can achieve the function of strengthening the spleen and stomach. As the saying goes, "spring is sleepy and autumn is sleepy, summer is sleepy and winter is sleepless in March." The occurrence of sleepiness in spring is not only caused by temperature changes, but also related to people's less exercise in a winter. If you don't exercise for a long time, the blood circulation will be reduced, and the blood supply to the brain will naturally be insufficient, which will naturally lead to drowsiness. So more exercise will make your body and brain excited and make you feel refreshed.
3. Emotionally
We should keep a good mood, because a bad mood will lead to stagnation of liver qi and affect the function of soothing the liver and regulating qi. However, the functions of activating qi and ascending and descending turbidity of the spleen and stomach are influenced by the function of expelling qi from the liver. Therefore, a bad mood will affect the transport function of the spleen and stomach. In order to maintain our spleen and stomach, we must keep a good mood, avoid anger and depression, be open-minded and optimistic.
