Books and classics are unforgettable, and they are unpredictable, or clouds travel thousands of miles a day, and they are good at playing and combining. After tasting the cave of Wudang, I said, "This mountain is glorious every year. At that time, Wulong, Nanyan and Zixiao were all destroyed by soldiers. Sanfeng and his disciples went to Jingzhen to dig rubble and build huts, but they all gave up. "
Zhang Sanfeng, whose real name is Junbao (also known as Quan Yi), is a morpheme with the name Sanfeng. Wulin Supreme, ancestor of Neiquan, ancestor of Taiji, martial arts master, ancestor of Longxing calligraphy.
Zhang Sanfeng and hundred schools of thought became a generation of martial arts masters with the highest attainments. He was a real person in the late Yuan Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty, a Taoist priest in Wudang Mountain and the ancestor of the Five Tangmen.
