Is drinking tea every day really the way to keep fit?
With the social progress and economic development, it can be said that everyone's material life has been greatly improved. At the same time, in order to get richer material returns, almost everyone overdraws their bodies every day, so the way of keeping in good health has naturally become the top priority in our daily life. After all, there is a saying that "the body is the capital of everything". So if you insist on drinking tea every day, is it really equal to keeping in good health? !

In fact, I am a very fond of drinking tea myself, so I have my own profound opinions on whether drinking tea every day is healthy or not. For example, I usually drink black tea such as Dahongpao and Jin Junmei in winter, because this kind of tea is generally heavy in taste and sweet more often, especially for increasing body calories and promoting fat consumption. It can be said that drinking black tea and black tea for a long time in winter is really good for your health.

Conversely, in our current summer, it can be said that drinking green tea such as Longjing and Biluochun is the first choice for health preservation. Because green tea is generally cool, especially in summer, it plays an unexpected role in clearing away heat and relieving summer heat, promoting fluid production and quenching thirst. However, if some people suffer from gastrointestinal diseases, or high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia and other diseases, generally do not drink tea easily, because it is easy to inadvertently cause unnecessary burden to the body. What's more, it is easy to get sick, not "health".

Therefore, from my own understanding, I think drinking tea is indeed an act of health preservation, but drinking tea every day is definitely not equal to health preservation. Why is this happening? ! First of all, there are many kinds of tea. Generally speaking, it can be divided into black tea, green tea, scented tea and black tea. Most importantly, every kind of tea is not suitable for all seasons and all people. Therefore, before the efficacy of all kinds of tea is clear, if you drink it at will, it is not only "health preservation", but also "self-harm".
