Sage's theory of health preservation

The original text of the book of Lu Yuanjing (3) is:

One book said, "The day before yesterday, do you want to be a saint?"

The essence of "Jing Yi" is based on reason, and the essence of "God" is based on qi. Reason, the order of qi; The use of qi and reason. If there is no organization, it can't be used; If you don't use it, you can't see its so-called coherence. Jing is Jing, Jing is Ming, Jing is one, Jing is spirit, Jing is honesty, Jing is one, Jing is Ming, Jing is honesty, and there are two. However, Confucianism and the theory of health preservation in later generations are lagging behind each other and different from each other. The theory of "Jing Yi" the day before yesterday was issued for the original spirit of quiet love and cultivation, but it was nothing more than the deeds of being a saint.

It means:

The letter wrote: "Sir, the' Jingyi' you mentioned some time ago is an effort to become a saint?"

When I say "Jing Yi", I mean "Jing" in theory and "Jing" in spirit. Reason is the organization of qi, and qi is the application of reason. You can't use it without organization, and you can't see the so-called organization without application. Fine, that is, fine, that is, clear, that is, one, that is, god, that is, sincerity. One is to be precise, clear, spiritual and sincere. Essence and unity cannot be regarded as two different things. However, the later Confucian scholars have different views and health preservation theories, so they can't learn from each other. Some time ago, I thought "Jingyi" was just to take care of and maintain your spirit. However, the effort to become a saint is actually nothing more than that.

In this way, Wang Yangming's "Jing Yi" is just a method. Since this method is suitable for both health preservation and practice, it can be applied to many things, even all things. If this method is used well, we can achieve "precision", "brightness", "harmony", "spirit" and "honesty". Whatever these are! Anyway, this method is quite useful. If so, what's the point of sanctifying the mind? As long as you eat well, wear well and sleep well, you can master this method! You will soon become a saint. You are a saint! No wonder he said "everyone is a saint".

In fact, every ordinary person, every down-to-earth person, is worthy of the title of "saint"

I don't know if it's right. Write it down.
