Stewed chicken with Shangdang Ginseng and Astragalus Decoction
Materials: 1 hen, pilose asiabell root 50g, astragalus root 50g.
Accessories: jujube 10g, ginger slices,
Seasoning: cooking wine, refined salt and monosodium glutamate.
Exercise:
1, blanch the hen in the boiling water pot and wash it; Cleaning red dates, and removing cores; Wash Radix Codonopsis and Radix Astragali with clear water and cut into sections.

Soybean nourishing pork knuckle thick soup
Ingredients: trotters, ginger, cooking wine, pepper, fennel, star anise, sweet corn, red dates, medlar, peanuts and soybeans.

Ingredients: three Hericium erinaceus, half a chicken, Lycium barbarum, ginger, salt, cooking wine and a few slices of ham.

Ingredients: chicken, red dates, carrots, tremella, mushrooms, oil, ginger, wine, onions, salt and soy sauce.
