Before practicing King Kong Kung Fu, you must make full preparations, such as exercising knees, waist, wrists and ankles, stretching muscles and leg press. Practice step by step and do what you can to avoid sprains. Don't squat with your knees over your toes. After a moment of concentration, you can turn your legs and hands into diamond-shaped handprints (that is, your right hand is placed under your left hand, your palm is slightly bent upward, and your fingertips touch each other gently).
You can't practice within an hour after dinner, but it's better to practice after two hours. Don't practice outdoors when it is raining, windy, foggy, thundering or bad weather. Grasping solid is a kind of handprint of Buddhism, called Jingangquan, and it is also a kind of handprint commonly used in Taoist health preservation. Hold the thumb in the palm of your hand, with the fingertip at the root of the ring finger (fourth finger), then bend the other four or four fingers and hold the thumb firmly with a little force, just like holding a baby.
