For the cleaning of the whole body skin, it varies from place to place and from season to season, generally once a week 1-2 times. It is best to wash with soft water, and then apply lotion after bathing to keep the skin moist.

② According to different types of skin care. First of all, learn to judge the nature of your skin. The method is simple.

Oily skin: sebum secretion is strong, pores are large, and acne is easy to grow, but it has strong tolerance to irritation. Wash it with warm water at least twice a day, and then apply external firming water and external cream, such as cold cream.

Dry skin: dry, less sebum, fair skin, easy to wrinkle, no irritation. Wash your face with warm water 1-2 times a day. Don't use soap, generally use oil to protect the skin.
