Ask the recipe of pickled garlic ~ ask the chef for advice
Prepare the following materials: 5 kg of fresh garlic, 2 bottles of fresh soy sauce, half a bottle of soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of aged vinegar, 3 tablespoons of white sugar, 6 tablespoons of aniseed, 5 tablespoons of salt and appropriate amount of sesame oil.

1. Soak peeled garlic in clear water overnight, as shown in the figure.

2. Then put the soaked garlic in a big container to dry.

Then put all the ingredients together, boil them and let them cool. Be sure to let the soup cool thoroughly. If you like sweet and sour, you can add more vinegar and sugar.

4. Next, put the dried garlic into a dry container and pour in the dry soup.

5. Finally, the salted garlic was cured successfully, as shown in the figure.
