I. Recruiting units and positions

(3) About the proportion of opening exams

In order to achieve competitive selection, in principle, according to the number of job plans and the number of applicants who have passed the qualification examination, the examination shall be conducted at a rate not lower than that specified in the job table (the proportion of finalists in the interview).

After the registration, if the number of applicants does not reach the proportion specified in the examination, and it is necessary to cancel or reduce positions, or to reduce and retain high-level and short-term positions, the recruitment department (unit) shall apply for adjustment according to regulations, and after the approval of Enshi People's Social Security Bureau, the post plan adjustment will be announced through official website of Enshi People's Social Security Bureau.

For the cancelled positions, the applicants who have paid the fees will be refunded in full.

2. Organize qualification examination.

After the announcement of the interview, within 5 days from the date of the interview, if the shortlisted candidates fail to reach the required proportion due to factors such as the candidate's abstention, they shall not be replaced.

If the actual number of people attending the interview does not reach the specified proportion, the interview will proceed as usual.

Unless otherwise required by the recruiting unit, the minimum qualified line of interview results is 60 points.

Candidates whose interview scores are lower than the minimum qualified line cannot enter the next recruitment stage.

Six, the calculation of test scores

After the written test and interview scores are converted into 100% scores, they will be included in the total score according to the weight of 40% and 60% respectively.

(2) Scoring method

Bonus policy

According to the policy requirements of the state and Hubei Province on guiding and encouraging college graduates to work at the grass-roots level and join the army, points are given to the "three supports and one support" planners who have served for two years and passed the examination (competent), college student village officials (who still have to work), college students who volunteer to serve the western planners and retired college graduates who have served in the army for five years. If the written test score reaches the minimum qualified line, 5 points will be added on the basis of converting the written test score into a percentage system.

Those who have been openly recruited, placed as staff of public institutions or recruited as civil servants (refer to civil servant law managers), or applied for targeted positions, will no longer enjoy this bonus preferential policy.

Seven. Physical examination and examination

(1) The comprehensive personnel management departments of counties and cities, the competent departments directly under the state or directly affiliated institutions shall determine the physical examination objects according to the ratio of 1: 1 from high to low according to the total scores of candidates and the number of recruitment plans, and shall be responsible for organizing them to go to general hospitals at or above the county level for physical examination.

Eight. Publicity and filing

According to the results of examination, physical examination and investigation, the leading group of the recruiting unit collectively studies and determines the personnel to be hired. If the personnel are approved by the competent department and reported to the comprehensive personnel management department at the same level for examination and approval, they will be publicized within the scope of the recruitment announcement for no less than 7 working days.

If there is no objection to the publicity, it shall be filed. If there is any objection to the object to be employed, it shall be decided whether to put it on record according to the investigation and verification.

Nine. hire

(1) After being audited and put on record by the comprehensive personnel management department at the same level, each recruiting unit will notify the newly hired personnel to report for duty, sign an employment contract with them, stipulate the probation period (the probation period is included in the employment period), implement post management, and implement the wages and benefits stipulated in relevant policies.

(2) If the employed person fails to report within 20 days after receiving the notice without justifiable reasons, the employment qualification will be cancelled. The recruiting unit can rank the replacement personnel according to the total score (the written test and interview must reach the minimum qualified score) according to the needs, and go through the relevant matters and procedures again according to the above procedures.

Ten, the implementation of the waiting system.
