After combing the contents of some annual reports of housing enterprises, Nanfang Daily reporter found that many enterprises have clear layout objectives for new businesses and new formats in their business prospects, and some housing enterprises did not disclose more directional information in their annual reports.
However, from the perspective of new businesses such as technology manufacturing, urban renewal, recreational tourism and housing leasing, housing enterprises will continue to play new tricks in 2020, and some well-developed new businesses will generate income for enterprises just around the corner.

Speaking of entering the manufacturing industry, Country Garden and Evergrande, two leading housing enterprises, are always unavoidable. In the past 20 19, Country Garden's robots and Evergrande's new energy vehicles all announced to the world that housing enterprises can also enter the field of technology manufacturing.
Country Garden announced through its annual report that Bozhilin Robot Project focuses on R&D, manufacturing and application of construction robots, and has recruited 3,256 outstanding R&D talents at home and abroad. At present, there are 50 construction robots under study, 32 of which have been put into field test. A total of 1843 patent applications have been submitted, and 327 patents have been authorized, with a number of independent core technologies in key fields.
Compared with the catering robots that have been put into the market, the outside world has been paying attention to the new progress of Country Garden construction robots. At the 20 19 performance conference held on March 27th, Mo Bin, president of Country Garden, said that Country Garden spent about 197 billion yuan on robot research and development last year, hoping to mass-produce construction robots this time next year.
Regarding the vision of robots, Country Garden said in its annual report that it hopes to combine the application of robots with advanced construction technology and finally form the world's leading intelligent construction capability.
Evergrande's new energy automobile industry 20 19 maintained a state of continuous buying and investment, and announced that the automobile brand was named "Hengchi". Different from other diversified businesses, urban renewal is closely related to real estate development business. In recent years, the favorable policies for old reform in many places have been continuously strengthened, which has provided favorable conditions for housing enterprises to enter urban renewal. Some housing enterprises write the layout of urban renewal into the future outlook of the annual report.
