Tongzhou, now a district of Beijing, is the administrative sub-center of Beijing. Lu Xian County was called in the Eastern Han Dynasty, Tongzhou was changed in the Yuan Dynasty, Tongxian was changed in the Republic of China, and Tongzhou District was established in 1997. Tongzhou is the destination of Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and an important liquor producing area in history. Unfortunately, liquor production has stopped in recent years. If liquor production is not resumed, people in the future may not know the past of liquor production in Tongzhou. The author of this article, Mr. Chen Xuezeng, is a liquor collector in Tongzhou, Beijing. He used to be the director and sales company manager of Tongzhou Winery in Beijing, and then Tongzhou Winery closed down. In the forty-eight years of Qing Qianlong, Gao Tianfeng compiled "Tongzhouzhi" "Local customs? Native products? "Category" volume records: "There are two kinds of wine: yellow and burnt. Bamboo leaf green, the name of national wine. "

Qing Guangxu 5-year edition of Tongzhouzhi Volume 9 "Local customs? "Native Products" also records: "There are two kinds of wine, yellow-burned and bamboo-green. This is the name of the national wine. "Explain that in the middle of the Qing Dynasty, Tongzhou once produced bamboo leaf green wine and Erguotou wine at that time. I don't know why the bamboo leaves in Tongzhou disappeared later. Interestingly, the Erguotou in Shanxi also disappeared later. I don't know if there was a patent system or trademark right at that time, which needs further study.

Li Ruzhen, a native of Daxing in Qing Dynasty, introduced dozens of kinds of wines in the Qing Dynasty in the novel "Mirror Flower Edge". Among the 70 kinds of famous wines recorded, Zhili East Road wine is produced in Tongzhou area.

In "Beijing Wine" published by Beijing Sugar, Tobacco and Alcohol Company 1986, Mr. Wang Shutian introduced that there was a royal wine-making workshop in Beijing in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, which was dedicated to making wine for the court. There are many varieties, such as "Pearl Red" and "Bamboo Leaf Green". At the same time, he mentioned "Tongzhou Bamboo Leaf Green", "Zhangjiawan Bay Wine" and "Jiu Shao in a hornet's nest pot" in Beijing folk brewing. The book also introduces Tongzhou Laojiao, Tongzhou Fine Brewing, Double Qu, Fu Brewing, Jianwei Bujiu, Xiangyang Erguotou Liquor produced by Tongxian Winery, and alcohol-brewed Qu Liquor, special alcohol liquor and aged alcohol-brewed Jingle Erguotou Liquor produced by Yongle Store Winery.

According to the Records of Daxing Mansion, Tongzhou (which was under the jurisdiction of Daxing Mansion at that time) produced the wine named "Drunken Liuxia" in the Yuan Dynasty. After liberation, Daxing Distillery imitated Wuliangye technology and developed Luzhou-flavor liquor by itself. After investigation of local chronicles, it was named "Zuiliuxia Liquor", and its name is still in use today.

In addition, the famous Tongrentang Tiger Bone Wine and Guogong Wine are all produced in Tongzhou. Tongquanyong Winery, currently registered in the Administration for Industry and Commerce, is an important asset left by the unsuccessful cooperation between Tongzhou Winery and Tongrentang Pharmaceutical Winery, and also a witness to the development of Tongzhou wine industry.
