Ingredients: red dates, 50g glutinous rice flour.
Accessories: 40 grams of water and 20 grams of sugar.
Steps:
1. First, prepare a proper amount of red dates, as shown below.
2. Then cut the red dates in half with scissors, remove the core in the middle, and be careful not to cut them, as shown below.
3. Then add 50g glutinous rice flour and 20g white sugar into the container, as shown in the figure below.
4. Then add about 40 grams of clean water and mix well, as shown in the figure below.
5. Then knead the glutinous rice flour into strips, as shown in the figure below.
6. Then put the sticky rice strips into the red dates and cut them off, as shown below.
7. Then steam 15 minutes.
