Principles of TCM health preservation
Under the guidance of the idea of keeping in good health, based on the practice of keeping in good health, predecessors established a series of basic laws that must be mastered and followed in the activities of keeping in good health in traditional Chinese medicine. Following these basic principles is of great guiding significance for the realization of health preservation purposes. It mainly includes: regulating yin and yang, regulating viscera, dredging meridians, preserving yin essence, nourishing heart and nature, regulating weather and regulating qi.
1. Regulating Yin and Yang Can to harmonize Yin and Yang, keeping Yin and Pingyang secret, can make the human body's tendons and veins smooth, the bone marrow firm, the qi and blood smooth, the internal and external coordination, the evil spirits can not invade, and the ears are bright and clear.
2. Harmony with viscera, harmony and coordination; The functions of the five internal organs are relatively stable and coordinated. Because the life activity of human body is a comprehensive reflection of the functions of zang-fu organs, health preservation should first coordinate the physiological functions of zang-fu organs, make them an organic whole and give full play to their physiological functions.
3. Meridian dredging is to make the qi of human meridians unimpeded. The reason why people become an organic whole is that the meridians crisscross, entering and leaving the exterior, running through the upper and lower parts, connecting the five internal organs and reaching the skin and muscles. Through the communication and connection of meridians, qi and blood of human body can circulate, viscera can communicate, yin can intersect, and internal and external can communicate. If qi and blood do not circulate, all kinds of connections between zang-fu organs will be blocked and diseases will occur.
4. Save the yin essence, that is, the yin essence. Among the three, essence is the foundation of life, because "essence is full of gas, and gas is full of gas." Deficiency of essence leads to weakness, dysfunction of zang-fu organs and easy invasion of various evils.
5. Re-cultivating the spirit "Huangdi Neijing" clearly pointed out: "Those who gain the spirit will prosper, and those who lose the spirit will die." Traditional Chinese medicine believes that God is the master of life activities, and it controls essence, which is the foundation of life. In the course of life, God is easy to move, easy to consume, difficult to be quiet and difficult to be inside. Therefore, many people in the past dynasties advocated keeping quiet and calming the nerves to strengthen the body, prevent diseases, resist aging and prolong life.
6. Being in harmony with Shi Tian is an important health preserving principle under the guidance of the thought of "correspondence between man and nature" in traditional Chinese medicine. The so-called "Shi Tian-compliant" means that the human body can adapt to the changes of the external natural environment through internal adjustment, so as to maintain normal physiological functions. If the external natural environment changes abnormally, the adjustment function of the human body can not adapt, the relative balance between the internal and external environment of the human body will be destroyed and diseases will occur.
7. Huangdi Neijing put forward the argument that "all diseases are born of qi". Qi here refers to Qi, that is, Qi moves up and down in four forms. The pathological changes of qi are related to the pathological changes of the whole body. To maintain a good life, we must pay attention to observe whether the qi in the body runs normally. When it goes up, it goes up, and when it goes down, it goes down. If you want to go out, go in, and never do the opposite.
The seven principles of health preservation discussed above run through all aspects of TCM health preservation activities. We must deeply understand the principles of health care and flexibly apply them to all aspects of health care activities. In this way, we can "try our best to live to 100." Therefore, we should choose different health preservation methods according to different constitutions.

Environmental adjustment: this kind of person is thin, but thin and hot, often with fever in hands and feet, dry mouth and throat, afraid of heat and like cold, easy to catch a cold in winter, uncomfortable in summer, and should pay attention to summer vacation in hot summer.

Warming spleen and kidney to dispel cold, the key to yang deficiency lies in tonifying yang. Among the five internal organs, the kidney is the root of yang and the spleen is the biochemical source of yang, so it should be supplemented with emphasis.

Mental conditioning: Chinese medicine believes that yang deficiency is the further development of qi deficiency, so people with insufficient yang spirit often show bad mood and are easy to be sad, so we must strengthen mental conditioning, be good at adjusting emotions and eliminate the influence of bad emotions.
