Guangdong Provincial Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine covers an area of 2,382 square meters, with a building area of14200 square meters, an indoor exhibition hall of 8,000 square meters and an outdoor Chinese herbal medicine plantation of 55,000 square meters.

The indoor exhibition area of Guangdong Provincial Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine includes two theme exhibition halls: Medical History Museum and Traditional Chinese Medicine Museum, Lingnan Chinese Herbal Impregnated Specimen Exhibition Area and Popular Science Interactive Experience Area. In addition, the Acupuncture Museum, the Health Museum and the Lingnan Medical Museum are under construction.
