How to eat mint
Fried eggs with mint leaves

Mint has strong bactericidal and antibacterial effects. Regular drinking can prevent viral colds and oral diseases, and the breath is fresh. Gargling with mint tea juice can prevent bad breath. Steaming noodles with mint tea mist also has the effect of shrinking pores. Leaves soaked in tea will feel cool when applied to eyes, which can relieve eye fatigue. It is said that mint is also known as "POTAMOGETON" and can be used to treat eye diseases.

2. Shred lettuce, peeled and shredded crown pear, cut cherry tomatoes in half, and put them into the pot together.

Wash mint leaves, drain water, add all seasonings, and mix well to serve.

Mint duck

material

A handful of mint, a quarter duck, oil, salt, ginger, garlic, Guilin Sanhua wine, soy sauce.

working methods

1. mint is divided into two parts, one part is put into a blender, and a proper amount of water is added to break it, and the residue is discarded to obtain water, and the other part is reserved.

2. Cut the duck into small pieces, wash it, stir it evenly with salt and Huasan wine, pour it into mint water and marinate it for more than half an hour (if you need to marinate it for a long time, you can put it in the refrigerator, but I tried to marinate it for half a day before putting it in the refrigerator).

3. Put the oil into the pot and put it into Jiang Mo when it is about to smoke. When the minced garlic is fragrant, pour out the mint water, stir-fry the duck pieces in the pot for about one minute, color them in soy sauce, and then add warm water that has never eaten duck meat (cold water must not be put). There is no need to put salt here because the salted duck has been salted. After the fire boils, lower the fire than the medium fire and stew for half an hour.

4. Add soy sauce before cooking, sprinkle with mint and stir fry.

Mint sparerib

material

A little mint, 300 grams of ribs, sugar, salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, proper amount of oil, and a few pieces of garlic.

working methods

1. Wash ribs and chop mint.

2. Mix chopped mint, sugar, salt, soy sauce and cooking wine with ribs, and the proportion of sugar can be slightly larger. Put it in the refrigerator for a day.

3. Heat a non-stick pan, add oil and garlic slices, stir-fry until fragrant, and pour the marinated ribs into the pan.

4. Stir fry until the ribs are oily, add some fresh mint, and wait until the ribs turn slightly golden.

Tips:

If you are afraid of trouble, you can put it in the microwave oven for a sting. Wrap the heat-resistant container with plastic wrap and poke a few holes. The fire will sting for more than ten minutes, which should be enough. But I have never tried.
