After five months of intensive training, on August 3rd this year, we gave a performance report and danced 17 dances in one breath. That was my best moment on the stage. I never imagined that I could enjoy such a life time, feel myself blooming on the stage, and my heart blossomed.
My husband completely subverts his cognition, because I can start exercising and continue exercising. He said that he never thought I could stick to it, and thought I had nothing to do with sports.

My body and mind will become sensitive, and the emotions that have been squeezed in the past have been well cleaned up and released. Sometimes when you exercise, you will be linked to some kind of emotional energy card, and then you will start to shed tears. Sometimes you can cry when you get home from exercise. This is because my body is cleaning up my cellular memory and releasing negative pressure. After crying, the body and mind will have a long period of relaxation and relief.
Sisters who exercise together around them have also gained a lot. Some sisters have different living conditions, some have lost dozens of pounds, some have clearer and sharper energy and more and more vitality.
Far more than that, I also practiced the vest line. I remember that time, I could walk with one hand in my arms, which was unimaginable before. Besides, my daughter is still growing, and my strength improvement effect is very obvious, even I think it is amazing.

It is very happy for a person to return to the inner connection with himself. The body is like a huge signal transmitter and receiver. Through exercise, the body becomes sharper and the signal is stronger. It can perceive its own emotions and needs, but also keenly feel the needs of others, which is very important in interpersonal communication.
3. Peace, self-confidence and security
The stronger the heart, the more peaceful the heart. This kind of experience is also a good taste in the process of continuous exercise.
When your body is happy, when you have strength, you walk with confidence, you have strength, and there is wind under your feet. When you see many people around you, you will unconsciously stand in a high dimension and show compassion. Because you are strong inside, you will be more and more peaceful outside.

4. Bloom and enjoy the high-energy vibration frequency of life
