Is it because there are many people who keep fit, so there are fewer people who keep fit in China?
Personally, I feel that fitness and health preservation are two different things and cannot be compared. Although they are all a healthy way, I think the purpose is different. Fitness is to reduce fat and shape, and health is to live longer. There may be some correlation between a few people who keep in good health in China and a few people who keep in good health, but there is no evidence that there is a causal relationship between them.

Therefore, we can't think that the reason why there are fewer people exercising in China is that there are more people exercising.

I think the main reasons for the lack of fitness crowd in China are as follows. First, people in China have no habit of keeping fit. After compulsory education, they don't pay much attention to physical education class, especially when the exam comes, and physical education class will often become a math class. The general sports played by children in China since childhood are badminton, table tennis, basketball and other ball games, and there are few sports like aerobics, dancing or fitness equipment. Therefore, people in China seldom have the habit of keeping fit.

Second, the process of fitness is very hard, and few people can persist. And many people spend three days fishing and two days drying their nets. If you can't persist and practice a little, you will often relax. Every year, many people join the ranks of fitness, and many people quit fitness.

Third, there are so many delicious foods in China that people in China like them. They don't control their diet when they exercise, and it's hard to get results. So some people can't see the effect of fitness and give up fitness.

Fourth, the cost of fitness is high. Generally, young people are willing to exercise. The economic strength of young people is not as good as that of some middle-aged people who have struggled for many years. The overall cost of fitness is a great burden for them.
