Self-growth
I have the habit of practicing yoga every morning. Sometimes I practice yoga for about half an hour at work because of nervousness. During this special time, I practice yoga at home for at least 60 minutes every morning. So far, I have insisted on getting up early for 335 days.

Many people admire me for saying that you insist on getting up early every day, which is really self-disciplined! What kind of motivation do you need? I want to be like you. Hey, but why can't I last for a few days?

Many people think that 2 1 day will become a habit, but there are also many people who think that it is impossible to continue after 2 1 day due to various reasons such as environment and health. For example, if you go on a business trip for a week and can't practice, then you come back and find that you have been missing a week anyway. It doesn't matter if you rest for a few more days, then you tell yourself that it doesn't matter, and then over time it becomes three days of drying fish and two days of drying nets. Of course, it will be easier to stick to it if you find a group, punch cards together and encourage each other.

I think what he said is very reasonable. Yoga has become a habit for me now, and I don't think it is something that needs hard work and persistence. According to teacher Li Xiaolai, this matter has been given meaning. I think practicing yoga is to influence others to keep exercising and discover themselves. When I'm old, I can still be easy and secure, and I don't need anyone to take care of me. I can even give guidance to people around me.

In fact, many people around me attach great importance to the significance of what they are doing, so they don't think it is necessary to insist. For example, I admire Mother Dolphin. She is small, but she has great energy. She regards operating in the Vietnamese society as a mission, which makes her heart stronger and often feels great power from the words she shared. There is also the growth story shared by Andrew West at the Fandeng Reading Club in the lighthouse circle yesterday. It says: 20 16 began to punch in daily reading and began to learn English from parents and children. It is also because I have been in the dolphin mother community for almost two years, and I insist on drawing one picture every day, drawing more than 400 pictures ... which really makes me admire. She is also a very energetic little person.

In fact, we are all ordinary people. Give a positive meaning to what you want to do now, and you will feel that this is a mission in your heart, not something you are willing to do.

When you decide to acquire a skill, now you have tried to give it many positive meanings, and you can also give "existence without it" many negative meanings. Also, try to find people with this skill (buying a house, learning to drive, etc. Sociology), spend as much time as possible with them. If you can't communicate one-on-one, at least pay attention to them at all times, that is, try to "get close to the target physically". @ Dolphin Mom now shares one article every day, which gives me strength and makes me want to update one article every day (I am used to one article every week now). I updated three articles this week.

Perhaps this is what the ancients said, "Those who are near Mexico are black, and those who are near Zhu Zhechi are black", which is very meaningful.

And what to do at first? I think we can use deliberate practice, as Dr. Anders Eriksson wrote in Deliberate Practice: Excellence is not a talent, but a skill that everyone can learn. The key to becoming an outstanding person lies in deliberate practice. Success requires hard work, but the way to truly achieve genius-deliberate practice is not the same as hard work.

Therefore, since you want to acquire a certain skill, you need to practice purposefully, that is, you need to have a clear and specific goal, a focused practice state, feedback in the practice, and you need to get out of the comfort zone. Practice in these four ways, and you may find that it becomes natural after deliberate practice, which is not a very painful and difficult process.

Early morning yoga made me uncomfortable at first, especially to overcome the difficulty of getting up and practicing in cold winter. However, when I put on my yoga clothes and started practicing on the mat, I felt that the morning with exercise was so beautiful, so I enjoyed the morning with exercise more. Therefore, whatever you do, try to give it meaning before you start; At the beginning, give yourself a sense of ritual, get out of your comfort zone and practice deliberately. I think in the end, you must think it is "especially fun" and "can't stop at all", not "difficult", "very painful" and "can't finish without perseverance"
