How to make turtle soup video tutorial
Exercise 1

Smilax glabra 15g, soft-shelled turtle 1, jujube 10g, lean meat 50g, ginger 10g, seasoning, clear soup 4g, salt 3g, Jiu Shao 3g and a little pepper.

Steps/methods

1. Slice Smilax glabra, wash tortoise, cut into large pieces, cut lean meat into pieces, peel ginger and slice.

2. Boil the water in the pot. After the water boils, add turtle meat and lean meat, cook for 5 minutes on medium heat until the blood disappears, remove and rinse.

3. Put Smilax glabra, tortoise, red dates, lean meat and ginger into a casserole, add clear soup, Shaoxing wine and pepper, cover and stew for 3 hours.

4. Season with salt and stew for another 20 minutes. Smilax glabra and soft-shelled turtle can detoxify and promote diuresis, which is humid in spring and prone to sores. So drink this soup often.

Exercise 2
