Bathsheba Fa Wang's Zen of Life: How the yogi sleeps.
Sleep is a very important lesson in the introductory course of Buddhist practice, which is called "sleep" (2 sounds), that is, there is awareness in sleep.

First of all, don't eat too much for dinner. It's best to be hungry. Go to bed around nine when you are not sleepy. Ordinary people fall asleep when they are very tired, which is harmful to their health.

Secondly, don't watch horror movies, war movies and tragedy movies at night, don't quarrel, don't tell right and wrong, and give yourself a relaxed mood.

Sleeping bedding should be neat, pillows should not be too high, and lying down should not exceed 2 inches. Too high will affect the growth and development of cervical spine and hinder the body from being flat.

Meditate before going to bed, calm down and reflect on what you have done all day like watching a movie:

What did I do wrong today? Wrong? At the beginning of reflection, you can find your own big mistakes, which gradually become the details of reflection thoughts and behaviors, and later become sections. Everyone has done evil, especially hurting people with words, and he won't know until he reflects on himself.

How did you spend your life in meditation? Do your daily thoughts and actions achieve your life goals?

I got a lot, but how can I repay the society? If there are still shortcomings, how to take action?

Am I a grateful person, or a person who just wants to take it? Accept a drop of water when necessary, and I will repay your kindness with spring water. I thank everyone who has helped me, including my relatives, friends and even strangers.

Give yourself the best wishes before going to bed, wish yourself happiness, happiness and health, and wish yourself a good dream. Can't sleep and think of Bodhisattva? -? Think of yourself as a bodhisattva, 100 years old can still volunteer to help others. If you do this imagination more, your dream will come true.

In this way, the state of mind is adjusted to sleep (feeling 2 tones), which is called "sleeping in bliss". Imagine a Buddha lying here, "I Buddha, Buddha me".

Lying in bed, your body is stretched out horizontally, your hands are naturally relaxed and open at both sides of your body, your legs are straight, your waist is straight, you are completely relaxed, your breathing is adjusted smoothly, and you sleep peacefully.
