How to make dried tangerine peel snacks
I make some dried tangerine peel by myself every year. I usually put a little when I soak in water or stew. It's delicious.

I bought my own oranges without waxing. I usually keep the orange peel when I eat it, and make dried tangerine peel together when I have more.

The practice is as follows:

First: let the orange peel ventilate in the sun. Generally, if the sun is big, it can be dried in two days. (Note: Don't get wet in the middle)

Second: the dried tangerine peel is directly stored in a sealed container after cooling.

Third, after a period of time, pick a sunny day, put the dried tangerine peel into a steamer, steam the water on medium fire for about 10 minutes, then take it out to dry, cool it and bottle it.

Fourth, repeat the steaming method above. I usually steam nine times and dry nine times. In this process, the color of dried tangerine peel will become darker and darker, and the beneficial substances of dried tangerine peel will be brought into play.

Chenpi has the effects of regulating qi, invigorating stomach, eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm. Dried tangerine peel is infused with its own emotions, and every change after evaporation can be seen in the eyes. This is human fireworks.
