Raw materials:

Red beans (adzuki beans): sweet, sour and flat. Enter spleen, liver and bladder meridian. Diuretic, repercussive, repercussive, and blood tonic. Eating materia medica is considered as "edema, eating thin people for a long time", which seems to have the effect of losing weight.
