Boiled cabbage practice
1. Wash the cabbage heart and tear it into pieces;
2. Wash and slice the lean pork, add cooking wine, soy sauce, refined salt, eggs and dried starch, and grab the lean pork slices evenly;
3. Cut the dried red pepper into sections;
4. Put the pot on a big fire, pour in the vegetable oil, stir-fry the pepper when it is 50% hot, then stir-fry the dried red pepper until it is black, take it out together, and chop it with a knife;
5. Add watercress hot sauce and ginger slices to the hot oil, stir-fry until fragrant, and pour in 250g broth;
6. After boiling, remove impurities, add onion, soy sauce, cooking wine, refined salt, pepper and monosodium glutamate, and adjust the taste;
7. Put the pork slices into the pot and add the cabbage blocks;
8. After the pork slices are cooked, pour them into a large bowl, add chopped peppers and dried peppers, and pour the heated sesame oil into the bowl.
