Hua Tuo

Hua Tuo (about AD 145-208) was a physician at the end of Han Dynasty. Character, Pei Guoqiao (now Qiaocheng District, Bozhou City, Anhui Province). According to research, he was born in the first year of Yongjia (A.D. 145) and died in the 13th year of Jian 'an (A.D. 208). This study is very suspicious. Because of the later Han Dynasty? Hua Tuo' s Biography records that Hua Tuo is "a hundred years old, but his face is still healthy, and people think that he will not die". It is also said that he still maintained his appearance in his sixties until he was 1560 years old, which is a record of a beautiful face. According to this calculation, Hua Tuo may have lived over sixty-four. Hua Tuo lived in the late Eastern Han Dynasty and the early Three Kingdoms. At that time, warlords scuffled, floods and droughts raged, epidemics prevailed, and people were in dire straits. At that time, the famous poet RoyceWong wrote two sentences in his Seven Wounded Poems: "When you go out, you can't see anything, and your bones are flat." . This is a true portrayal of the social situation at that time. Seeing this situation, Hua Tuo hated the vicious feudal strongmen and sympathized with the oppressed and exploited working people. To this end, he refused to be an official, preferring to defend the golden hoop and run around to relieve the people's suffering.

Without seeking fame and fortune, Hua Tuo was able to concentrate on studying medicine. "Once"? In Hua Tuo's biography, he said that he was "proficient in the number of classics and the art of mending heaven", especially "proficient in prescriptions and medicines". People call him a "magic doctor". He once compiled his rich medical experience into a medical book called Qingnangjing, but it failed to be handed down. But it can't be said that his medical experience is completely lost. Because many of his successful students, such as Fan A, who is famous for acupuncture, wrote Materia Medica and Li Dangzhi, who wrote Materia Medica, all partially inherited his experience. As for Hua Tuo's "China Tibetan Scriptures", it is a work of Song people and published in his name. But it may also include some still popular contents in Hua Tuo's works.

Hua Tuo's genius lies in his ability to critically inherit the academic achievements of his predecessors and create new theories on the basis of summing up their experiences. China's medicine made brilliant achievements in the Spring and Autumn Period, and Bian Que's explanation of physiology and pathology was a great achievement. Hua Tuo's knowledge may have developed from Bian Que's theory. At the same time, Hua Tuo also made an in-depth study of Zhang Zhongjing's theory. When he read the tenth volume of Treatise on Febrile Diseases by Zhang Zhongjing, he said happily, "This is a real book written by a living person", which shows that Zhang Zhongjing's theory has a great influence on Hua Tuo. Hua Tuo opened up a new world in a down-to-earth manner along the road pioneered by his predecessors. For example, at that time, he discovered the method of squeezing the heart in vitro and the method of mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. There are many such examples. The most prominent thing is the invention of anesthesia-drinking hemp powder, and the creation of sports therapy "Wuqinxi".

Before Hua Tuo, some drugs with anesthetic properties were used as anesthetics. However, they are either used for war, assassination or manipulation, but they are not really used for surgery. Hua Tuo summarized his experience in this field and observed people's sleep state when they were drunk. He invented the anesthesia of taking hemp powder with wine, which was formally used in medicine, thus greatly improving the technology and curative effect of surgical operation and expanding the scope of surgical treatment. According to the research of Japanese surgeon Huagang Qingzhou, Mafeisan consists of one liter of Datura flower, four yuan each for Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Angelicae Dahuricae and Rhizoma Chuanxiong, and one yuan for fried Rhizoma Arisaematis. Since the introduction of anesthesia, Huatuo's surgery has become more complicated and more patients have been cured. When he was treating abdominal diseases that could not be cured by acupuncture and decoction, he told the patient to take leprosy powder with wine first, and when the patient lost consciousness after anesthesia, he asked the surgeon to cut open his abdomen and back and cut off the diseased part. If the disease is in the stomach and intestines, cut it open and wash it, then sew it up and apply ointment. The wound will be cured in four or five days, and it will be cured in a month or so. At that time, Hua Tuo was able to perform surgical operations such as tumor resection and gastrointestinal suture. Once, a patient was pushing a cart, bending his feet and shouting that he had a stomachache. Soon, the breathing was weak and the voice of pain gradually faded. Hua tuo pressed his pulse on his abdomen and concluded that the patient was suffering from intestinal carbuncle. Because of his dangerous condition, Hua Tuo immediately gave the patient "Ma Feisan" with wine and gave him a knife after anesthesia. After treatment, the patient recovered in about one month. His surgery has been highly praised by generations. Chen Jiamo's Compendium of Materia Medica in the Ming Dynasty quoted a poem from Tu Zan, a famous doctor in the past dynasties, as saying: "Wei set up a sore department to cure diseases by removing bones, which has many miraculous effects." It can be seen that the late Buddha Hua Tuo was a veritable "originator of surgery".

"Wuqinxi" is a set of medical gymnastics that can stretch muscles and joints all over the body. Hua tuo believes that "the human body has to work, ... blood circulates, and diseases cannot be born, such as Hu Shu, and will never die." The action of Wuqinxi is to imitate the flapping forelimbs of tigers, the stretching of deer's head and neck, the collapse of bears, the vertical jumping of apes' toes, the spreading of birds' wings and so on. According to legend, when Hua Tuo was in Xuchang (county name, in Henan Province), he instructed many thin people to do this gymnastics in the open space every day. He said: "You can exercise regularly to get rid of diseases and benefit your feet and feet as a guide. If the body is unhappy, it will play the role of a bird, happy and sweaty. Because of the powder, I am light and hungry. "

In addition to systematically accepting ancient medical experience, Hua Tuo can also attach great importance to and use folk medical experience. He traveled widely all his life, collecting herbs everywhere and learning medical knowledge from the masses. While looking for medicine among the people, I also collected a lot of folk prescriptions, which are often used to treat diseases. Once, Hua Tuo met a patient with a blocked throat on the road. He can't eat anything, and he is being treated by bus. The patient groaned in pain. Hua Tuo went forward to examine the patient carefully and said to him, "Those who sell cakes to the roadside want three or two cups of rice cakes, add half a bowl of sour vinegar and eat them." The patient did as he said, ate duckweed and vinegar, and immediately spit out a parasite like a snake, and the disease really recovered. The patient hung the bug by the car and went to Huatuo to thank him. Huatuo's children are playing in front of the door. As soon as he saw it, he said, "That must be the patient cured by my father." The patient walked into Hua Tuo's house and saw dozens of similar insects hanging on the wall. Hua tuo has cured many patients with this recipe.

Hua Tuo is famous for his successful scholarship and rapid improvement in medical skills. Cao Cao, a fellow countryman, often suffers from head wind disease and has seen many doctors, but it has no effect. I heard that Hua Tuo's medical skill was brilliant, so I invited him to treat him. Hua tuo only gave him an injection, and the headache went away. Cao Cao was afraid that his illness would recur, so he forced Hua Tuo to stay in Xuchang as his own doctor for his own use. Hua Tuo is noble-minded, does not advocate utility, and does not want to be such a servant. Coupled with "homesickness", he said that he would go back to his hometown to find a prescription and never come back. Cao Cao wrote several times to ask him to come back and sent local officials to urge him. Hua tuo also said that his wife was seriously ill and refused to come back. Cao Cao was furious and sent someone to Hua Tuo's hometown to investigate. He said to the sender, "If Hua Tuo's wife is really ill, give Adzuki 40 hugs and give her a holiday limit. If she cheats, she will be arrested and punished. " Soon, Hua Tuo was arrested in Xuchang, and Cao Cao still asked him to treat the disease. After the diagnosis, Hua Tuo said, "The Prime Minister's illness is very serious, and acupuncture can't work. I think it's better to use hemp boiling powder for you, and then cut open your head for surgery, so as to remove the root cause. " Hearing this, Cao Cao flew into a rage and pointed at Hua Tuo. "Can a person still live with his head cut off?" He thought Hua Tuo was going to kill him, so he put Hua Tuo in prison and prepared to kill him. One of Cao Cao's counselors pleaded: "If the recipe is practical, people's lives will be at a critical juncture, so it is advisable to increase the total loss." . Cao Cao did not listen and said, "Don't worry, when there is no such evil in the world?" I can't believe I killed this doctor who made great contributions to medicine. On his deathbed, Hua Tuo handed the medical books compiled in prison to the prison leader, saying, "This can be a living person.". Unexpectedly, the jailer dared not accept it. Hua tuo had to bite the bullet and set fire to it.

It has been 1700 years since Hua Tuo was killed, but people will always miss him. There is Huatuo Memorial Tomb in Xuzhou, Jiangsu; There is a Huazu Temple in Peixian County. A couplet expresses the author's feelings and summarizes Hua Tuo's life:

"The doctor caesarean section, I don't open the door. Who knows that the prison officer is mediocre, which leads to the burning of the suicide note;

It is a shame for a gentleman to lead an honest and clean life, but it is a pity for Mitchell to write music, which will make him hate things and vilify future generations. "

Hua Tuo is also an expert who can treat diseases with psychotherapy. Once, a satrap asked him to see a doctor. Hua tuo thought that after his great anger, his illness would be cured. So he accepted a lot of property without giving him a good doctor. He soon abandoned him and left a letter to scold him. The satrap is furious and makes people chase him. His son knew the truth and quietly stopped the pursuer. Under extreme resentment, the satrap vomited a few liters of black blood and soon recovered.

According to Hua Tuo's medical records, he once treated Chen Deng, the magistrate of Guangling. At that time, Chen Deng was flushed and upset. A subordinate said that Hua Tuo was here. Later, he ordered Hua Tuo to be treated. Hua tuo first asked him to prepare a dozen washbasins, and then as a result of his diagnosis and treatment, Chen Deng spat out dozens of pots of red-headed worms, prescribed medicine for him, and told him the address (Hua tuo's family) when he left. Chen Deng was 36 years old that year. As a result, Chen Deng's old illness recurred three years later, so he sent someone to look for it according to the address. However, Hua Tuo's medicine boy told Ambassador Chen Deng that Hua Tuo had not come back from the mountain to collect medicine, and he didn't know when he would come back. As a result, Chen Deng died of this disease at the age of 39. Actually, Hua Tuo. Chen Dengchuan ")

Hua Tuo also advocates guided health preservation. He created the "Five Animals Play", imitating the shapes, movements and demeanor of five animals to stretch the bones and muscles and dredge the meridians. Five birds, namely tiger, deer, bear, ape and bird, can make hands and feet flexible and blood vessels unobstructed, and can also prevent and treat diseases. His student Upp Sang uses this method to keep fit. When he was 90 years old, he was still hearing and seeing, and his teeth were clenched.

Cao Cao has a headache, and every attack is very painful. He heard that Hua Tuo's medical skill was superb, so he called him and stayed with him. Every time he got sick, Hua Tuo used acupuncture at his Shu point, and his headache was cured immediately. However, Hua Tuo was concerned about the people and didn't want to wait on princes and nobles. He said that his wife had called in sick and hadn't been back to the DPRK for a long time. Cao Cao was furious and sent someone to trace it. When he found out that his wife was innocent, he put Hua Tuo in his cell and executed him. Before his execution, Hua Tuo took out a book and gave it to the jailer, saying, "This book can be used to save people." The jailer didn't dare to accept it, and Hua tuo didn't insist, so he burned the book. After Hua Tuo was executed, Cao Cao's head wind disease became more and more serious and painful in the absence of medical treatment. But he still resented Hua Tuo, saying that Hua Tuo could eradicate his disease, but he didn't cure it once, so as to support himself. Even if we don't kill him, he won't cure himself. It was not until his beloved son Cang Shu died that he sighed, "I regret killing Hua Tuo, otherwise my child would not have died."

Hua Tuo is one of the few outstanding surgeons in the medical history of China. Good at anesthesia, acupuncture and chest surgery. The surgical method is not the mainstream treatment method of traditional Chinese medicine based on the culture of "respecting Confucianism". Under the Confucian thought of "the strength of the body is what parents receive", surgery has not developed on a large scale in Chinese medicine. Some medical historians have verified that the treatment methods used by Hua Tuo were recorded in Indian medicine, and the main medicine "Datura flower" in Ma Fei San he used was also produced in India, so they suggested that Hua Tuo had traveled all over the Central Plains all his life, probably from India. Although this statement can't be tested, it also has certain reference value.

At the same time, we should also realize that Chinese medicine surgery does not exist, and it has reached a fairly high level as far back as the Han Dynasty. However, with the passage of time and the continuous progress of TCM theory and practice, most diseases can be cured by acupuncture, drugs and other treatments, and these painful and serious injuries and meridian breaks are gradually replaced by more "civilized" and "simple" internal treatment methods. On the contrary, this is actually a civilization created by culture. The special cultural atmosphere in China has created a special research method of TCM. Under this condition, Chinese medicine has also made great progress. Many other medical problems that can only be solved by surgery can also achieve the same effect through internal treatment. We have to admit that it is beyond science, and its theory is subtle and far-reaching. At the same time, this is also the fundamental reason why Chinese medicine has always been superior to other medicine with its theory.

Why is Hua Tuo so magical?

Hua Tuo was an outstanding physician in the Eastern Han Dynasty, and The History of the Later Han Dynasty and The History of the Three Kingdoms were dedicated to him. Why is Hua Tuo so famous? Not only because of his medical skills! There is an impossible task to highlight him! The following story illustrates his god! There is a reason for this!

1. According to the Records of the Three Kingdoms, Cao Cao, the prime minister of Wei at that time, was dizzy because of the head wind. At the time of onset, the headache was severe, and Hua Tuo cured it with acupuncture every time, and acupuncture was often used to get rid of the disease. Cao Cao wanted to keep Hua Tuo as a doctor, but Hua Tuo didn't want to be his personal doctor, so he gave up the opportunity to prevent and treat diseases for the people, and asked for leave to go home on the pretext of "staying in Xuchang for a long time and missing his hometown" and "going home for something". Later, Cao Cao sent someone to "tell his wife that she was ill", but Hua Tuo refused to go back to Xuchang to treat Cao Cao. Cao Cao was very angry when he learned that his wife was not ill. In a rage, Hua Tuo was sent back to Xuchang to be executed. After his death, Hua Tuo was buried in Wangling Road, Xuzhou, and the site still exists.

2. When Zhou Tai was seriously injured, Hua Tuo cured him, so when someone recommended Hua Tuo to Cao Cao later, he said, "Where's doctor Zhou Tai in Jiangdong?" "Later, Guan Yu was poisoned by an arrow, and Hua Tuo helped him to scrape bones and heal. Later, Cao Cao got wind disease. Someone recommended Hua Tuo, who said that he would use a sharp axe to split his head. Cao Cao thought he had come to avenge Guan Yu, so he arrested him and put him to death.

3. No matter the diseases of internal medicine, surgery, gynecology and children, I saw that he only used several drugs, and acupuncture was only in a few places, so it was easier to recover. Hua Tuo is better at distinguishing different diseases and zang-fu organs, treating symptoms, especially at surgery. His invention of "Ma Fei powder" pioneered the world's narcotic drugs. Make the patient unconscious after drinking, then cut open the abdominal cavity, cut off the ulcer, wash the dirt, sew with mulberry thread, apply ointment, stop the pain for four or five days, and recover in one month. Hua tuo's medical skills are comprehensive, so modern western scholars think that Hua tuo is an outstanding representative of ancient oriental medicine, comparable to Hippocrates, the father of western medicine. The records of general anesthesia in Europe and America began at the beginning of18th century, which was later than that of Hua Tuo 1600 years ago. The History of World Pharmacy points out that the use of anesthetics by Arabs may have come from China, because "Hua Tuo, a famous doctor in China, is the best at this technique".

Hua Tuo is a scholar, and he is a scholar. As an official's recommendation, I declined several times, preferring to run around among the suffering people with a golden hoop in my hand. During the journey of practicing medicine, countless people came back to life. He is not confused by symptoms, he uses drugs carefully, and he knows how to use the interaction between body and mind. He doesn't take drugs. He attaches great importance to preventive health care, "treating people before they get sick", observing the natural ecology, teaching people to adjust their breath and live in harmony. But for terminally ill patients, don't add acupuncture and tell them frankly. His superb medical skills may eventually be overtaken by modern technology. It is this style of not greedy for wealth and attaching importance to life that makes people miss it.

Everyone must have seen the Romance of the Three Kingdoms! There is a story that he helped Guan Yu cut bones and heal his wounds! Hua tuo didn't write this story, but it did happen at that time! It's just that someone else ... how can you say he didn't do it? The following analysis:

Hua Tuo was killed by Cao Cao in the 13th year of Jian 'an (2008), and this happened between the 19th year of Jian 'an (2 14) and the 24th year of Jian 'an (2 19) in the official history, so Hua Tuo could not help Guan Yu heal! Luo Guanzhong is really amazing! The skill of replacing trees with flowers ... makes the impossible possible! This highlights how powerful Dr. Hua Tuo is! Call the imperial doctor. There is no doubt about it!

Hua tuo was rigorous in his studies all his life, and advocated few but refined prescriptions, with only a few herbs on each side. In acupuncture, he opposes taking too many points. Hua Tuo did not leave any monographs, which is a great loss for Chinese medicine. It is said that before he died, Hua Tuo gave several books recording his life's medical experience to the jailer who guarded him. The jailer was afraid of the law, but Hua Tuo did not force him, burning books with tears in his eyes. Hua tuo's rich medical experience was thus lost.

There are many records about Hua Tuo. This is a passage from Selected Records of the Three Kingdoms, which is quite mythical.

Hua Tuo, a native of Qiao County, is also known as Fang. I have roamed and studied in Xuzhou, and I am familiar with several classics. Guo Peisi recommended him, and Qiu Huang Wan called him to serve, but he didn't take office. Hua tuo knows how to keep in good health. At that time, people thought he was nearly a hundred years old, but he still looked like a mature man. He is also proficient in prescription drugs. When he was treating a disease, he only used a few herbs to make soup. He knows the weight and proportion of drugs in his heart. He doesn't need to weigh again. After the medicine is boiled, let the patient take it, and tell the patient the contraindications or precautions. With Hua Tuo gone, the patient will be fine. If moxibustion is needed, there will be one or two acupoints, and each acupoint will have seven or eight moxa sticks. You should use your hands to eliminate the pain. If acupuncture is needed, just stick one or two acupoints and say to the patient, "Acupuncture induction should extend to a certain place. Please let me know if it arrives. " The patient said "here" and immediately took the needle, and the pain soon healed. If the patient's body accumulates and stagnates, the curative effect of acupuncture and drugs can't be effective. If you want to gut him, he should drink his own "Ma Fei San". After a while, the patient will be as drunk as death, so he will surgically remove the affected area and take out the accumulated material. If the patient is in the intestine, cut off the diseased part of the intestine, clean the wound and susceptible parts, then suture the abdominal incision and apply ointment. After four or five days, the illness recovered and the pain stopped. During the operation, the patient did not feel any pain, and the wound healed and recovered within one month.

Officials in yamen, Ni Xun and Li Yan, came to see a doctor at the same time. Both of them had headaches and fever, and the symptoms of illness were exactly the same. Hua Tuo said: "Ni Xun wants to get rid of evil spirits, and Li Yan wants to sweat out." Some people question these two different approaches. Hua Tuo replied: "Ni Xun is a disease of external fixation, while Li Yan is a disease of internal fixation, so we should treat it in different ways." Give them medicine separately at once and wait for them to get up together the next morning.

One day, Hua Tuo was walking on the road and saw a man with a blocked throat. He wants to eat, but he can't swallow it. His family forced him to seek medical treatment. Hearing the patient's groans, Hua Tuo stopped to see the doctor and told them, "There was a cake seller on the roadside where I came just now, with garlic and vinegar. You buy three liters from the shopkeeper to eat, and your illness will naturally recover. " They did as Hua Tuo said at once. After the patient ate it, he spit out a snake-shaped bug. They hung the bugs by the car and went to Hua Tuo's house to thank humbly. Before Hua Tuo went home, his two children were playing at the door and saw them head on. The children told each other, "It's like meeting our father, and the' patient number' hanging next to the car is proof." The patient came into the room and sat down. He saw about 12 specimens of this parasite hanging on the north wall of Huatuo's house.

Chen Deng, the magistrate of Guangling County, was ill. He was upset and depressed, his face was red, and he didn't want to eat. Hua tuo felt his pulse and said, "There are several liters of worms in your stomach, which will form a poisonous sore in your abdomen, which is caused by eating raw fish and meat." I immediately made two liters of medicinal soup, drank one liter first, and then drank all the medicine. After dinner, Chen Deng spits out about three liters of worms, and the reddish head of the worms will move, and half of the body will still be raw fish, and the pain will be fine. Hua Tuo said: "The disease should recur after three years, and it can only be saved if you meet a good doctor." According to the expected time, the old disease recurred. Hua tuo was not there at that time. As Hua Tuo predicted, Chen Deng finally died.

Cao Cao heard that Hua Tuo was good at treating diseases, so he called him and stayed with him. Cao Cao's brain aches. Whenever he has an attack, he is mentally disturbed and his eyes are dim. As long as Hua Tuo pricked Shu Ge's acupoints, he should treat them with his hands. ……

Most of Hua Tuo's excellent medical skills are as mentioned above. But he was originally a scholar, but he was regarded as a medical profession, and he often felt remorse in his heart. Later, Cao Cao personally handled state affairs, and his condition became more serious, so he asked Hua Tuo to treat him personally. Hua Tuo said: "This disease is almost difficult to cure, and continuous treatment can prolong some lives." Huatuo has been away from his hometown for a long time, and he wants to go back and have a look. He said to Cao Cao, "I just received a letter from home, and I just want to go home and stay for a while." When I got home, I used my wife's illness as an excuse to make excuses, repeatedly asked for an extension of my holiday and refused to come back. Cao Cao called him several times by letter and ordered the county to send someone to send Hua Tuo back. Hua tuo thinks he is talented and hates serving people, but he still doesn't go on the road. Cao Cao was very angry and sent someone to check: if his wife was really ill, he would give 40 welcome beans to let him have a holiday and relax; If he cheats, arrest him and bring him back. As a result, Hua Tuo was exiled to Xuchang prison and tortured to confess guilt. Yu Xun pleaded with Cao Cao and said, "Hua Tuo's medical skill is really brilliant, which is related to the safety of people's lives and should be forgiven." Cao Cao said, "Don't worry, there won't be such an incompetent mouse?" Hua tuo was finally sentenced to death. Before he died, Hua Tuo took out a medical book and gave it to the jailer, saying, "This book can cure diseases and save lives." The jailer is afraid of breaking the law and dare not accept it. Hua tuo did not force, begging for fire to burn books. After Hua Tuo's death, Cao Cao's brain pain still hasn't improved. Cao Cao said, "Hua Tuo could have cured this disease. This boy deliberately kept my root cause and wanted to raise his position. In this case, if I don't kill him, he won't cut my roots in the end. " It was not until later that Cang Shu, his beloved son, was critically ill that Cao Cao sighed: "I really regret killing Hua Tuo and let this son die of fatigue."

Fan A of Guangling and Pengcheng studied medicine with Hua Tuo. Upp followed Hua Tuo's medical skills, and many people were cured and saved. Hua Tuo said to Upp: "The human body should exercise, but not excessively. Shui Gu's qi can only be digested after exercise, and the blood circulation is smooth, so the disease will not happen. For example, the revolving door shaft will not rot. Therefore, people who used to cultivate immortals and monasteries often did exercises like "Qigong". They imitate a bear climbing a branch and an owl turning its neck and looking around, stretching its waist and moving its joints to prolong its life. I have an exercise method called "Five Birds Play". One is called Tiger Play, the other is called Deer Play, the third is called Bear Play, the fourth is called Ape Play, and the fifth is called Bird Play. It can also be used to prevent diseases and treat diseases, and at the same time, it can make legs and feet light and be used as "Qigong". When you feel uncomfortable, you get up and do one of the scenes. Sweating, soaking clothes, and then applying talcum powder, the body feels relaxed and convenient, and I want to eat in my stomach. " Upp exercised in this way, and by the time he was in his nineties, his hearing and eyesight were good, and his teeth were intact and strong. Fan A is proficient in acupuncture therapy. All doctors say that the needle should not be inserted between the internal organs of the back and chest. Even if the needle is inserted, the depth should not exceed four minutes. Fan A's needle, however, is inserted one or two inches deep in the acupuncture point on the back and five or six inches in the Juque point on the chest, and the disease is often cured. Fan A asked Hua Tuo for a prescription that can be taken and beneficial to human body, and Hua Tuo taught him "Ye Qiqing Sticking Powder". The prescription uses 1 liter of lacquer leaf crumbs and 14 liang of green sticky crumbs, which are prepared according to this ratio. It is said that taking this medicine for a long time can kill three kinds of parasites, benefit the five internal organs, make the body light and keep people's hair from turning white. Fan A did as he said and lived to be over one hundred years old. Lacquer leaves are everywhere, and it is said that green sticky lacquer grows in Feng, Pei, Pengcheng and other counties.
