The quality of pavement engineering is directly related to the effect of the whole garden engineering. Then submit the construction technical scheme to the supervision engineer for approval before construction. 2. Material preparation In the garden pavement project, due to the large amount of work and many shape changes, it is necessary to set out the actual size of the paved square in advance, determine the corner scheme and transition scheme at the junction of the square and the garden road, and then determine the number of various granites. Ensure that the specifications, dimensions, mechanical strength and color of the materials are consistent when feeding. Because in actual construction, the above problems are often encountered. 3, site lofting, according to the square design drawings of the construction coordinate grid elevation, layout all coordinate points and piling fixed points on the ground. Then according to the square design drawings, the boundary line of the site, the range line of the main ground facilities, and the zero line between the excavation area and the fill area are released on the ground. Then determine the elevation of the coordinate pile point, and pay attention to using * * * as the reference point as far as possible. 4. Terrain recheck controls the vertical design of the square and recheck the terrain of the site. If there is any gap in the elevation data of natural floor at each coordinate point and control point, it should be supplemented by field measurement. 1.2 Carry out excavation and fill construction according to the design elevation. When filling, it should be deep first and then shallow, and the depth should be layered. According to the construction specification, each layer should be compacted. The fertile soil suitable for planting dug out during excavation shall be temporarily stacked on the edge of the square, and the supervision owner shall be informed to handle it. 1. After the site leveling and slope excavation and filling works are basically completed, the excavated and filled new ground shall be sorted out. Level the ground so that the flatness of the ground is limited within 0.05m.. According to the filling height and design slope data of this point marked by each coordinate pile, find out the slope of the site to ensure that the ground of each part of the site basically reaches the design slope. According to the buildings, roads, pipelines and other factors beside the site, determine the vertical connection mode of the edge area and adjust the ground elevation of the connection point. It is also necessary to confirm the position of the ground drainage outlet and adjust the elevation of the bottom of the drainage pipe to make the connection between the square ground and the surrounding horizon more natural and minimize the contradiction between drainage and traffic. 2. Plain soil compaction is an important quality control work. First of all, humus soil should be removed to eliminate the hidden danger of land subsidence in the future. (1) During foundation excavation, 10-20 cm residual soil is reserved for mechanical excavation and manual excavation. (2) When the excavation is too deep, backfill with soil or fine stones is not allowed. (3) Tamping: When the excavation reaches the design elevation, the plain soil can be tamped with a rammer to meet the design requirements. If the impression of the ram head of the rammer is basically invisible during compaction, the ring knife method can be used to detect the compactness. If the compaction degree can't meet the design requirements, it should continue to be compacted until it meets the design requirements. 1.3 cement macadam stabilized layer 1, acceptance of subgrade with subbase completed must be accepted according to quality inspection standards. Where the unqualified sections are accepted, measures must be taken to make them conform to the standards before paving the stabilized layer of cement macadam. Check whether the subgrade elevation meets the design requirements one by one. 2, construction lofting leveling. Mark the design elevation of the edge of cement macadam stabilization layer with obvious marks on the sign piles on both sides. 3. Mixing of cement fragments Our construction unit adopts centralized mixing method, and arranges a mixing field at the site, mixing cement fragments with two mixers, and then transporting them to the laying area with machines and tools at the mixing station for laying. 325 ordinary portland cement is used as the cement, but high strength cement is not suitable. Cement that deteriorates and hardens due to moisture shall not be used. Choose clean stone chips without mud, sand and garbage; It has a certain gradation, and its maximum material diameter should not exceed 1cm. Tap water is used for mixing. The mixing water consumption should be about 6% of the total weight of dry materials, which can be increased or decreased according to the wet and dry conditions of stone chips. The mixture shall be weighed in each tank according to the quantity specified in the design mixture ratio. The mixer is used for mixing, and the mixing time per tank is not less than 2 minutes. 4. Paving shall be done in layers according to the thickness of cement stabilized layer, and the thickness of each layer shall not exceed 200 mm ... The aggregate of stabilized layer shall be evenly spread on a predetermined width with appropriate machines and tools, and the surface shall be as flat as possible. The compaction coefficient of cement macadam stabilized layer is 1.3 ~ 1.35, so the loose laying thickness should be multiplied by the design thickness. 5. After the loose paving is roughly leveled, it shall be compacted with a roller immediately; Rolling should overlap 1/2 wheel width. Roll it with a road roller for not less than 6 times until the required compactness is achieved, and there are no obvious wheel tracks. It is forbidden for the roller to "turn around" and suddenly brake on the completed or rolling section to ensure that the surface of the stable layer is not damaged. In the process of rolling, the surface of cement macadam stabilized layer should always be moist. If the surface water evaporates too fast, a small amount of water should be added in time. 6. After each section is crushed, the curing shall be started immediately after being checked by the supervision engineer. Adopt wet method for health preservation. The curing period is not less than 7 days. Keep moist during curing. Traffic should be closed except for sprinklers. 1.4 When placing plain cement concrete, it is necessary to control the thickness and strength, and make concrete strength test blocks according to the construction drawing. 1. Pay-off at a fixed point on the completed base, one point per 10m. According to the design elevation, put middle piles and side piles at the edge of the garden road. And put a construction baffle at the overall sideline of Huayuan Road. The height of the baffle should be above the stable layer, but not too high, and the elevation line should be drawn on the baffle. 2. After rechecking and checking, it is confirmed that the edge line of the garden road and the design elevation point are correct, the next working procedure can be carried out. 3. Before pouring the concrete stabilized layer, sprinkle a layer of water or 1: 3 mortar on the dry base. 4. Prepare the concrete test block according to the designed material ratio, then pour and tamp the concrete, scrape the top surface with a ruler, and adjust the top surface to the design elevation. Pay attention to the transverse and longitudinal slopes of the pavement during construction. 5. After the construction of concrete pavement is completed, the maintenance should be started in time, and the expansion joints of concrete base should be cut in time. When cutting, attention should be paid to the size of the pavement, and then the garden road and square pavement should be considered. Wet straw, wet sand and plastic film can be used to cover the pavement for maintenance. 1.5 Setting-out of variegated municipal brick paving survey (1): Before paving the garden road chain brick, first set out the sideline, put a horizontal pile every 5 meters, then use kerbs as the other side line, and hang the line vertically and horizontally with horizontal piles to control the direction and elevation. (2) Paving: Pave a piece as a control point every 3 ~ 5m, and then pave the middle root line. When paving, handle it with care, and tap it with a wooden hammer or rubber to flatten it, so as not to damage the corners of the chain bricks of Renyuan Road. After paving, if it is found that the chain brick of the garden road is loose or uneven, it is strictly forbidden to plug the broken masonry at the bottom of the chain brick. You should pick up the stone, tamp and level the sand again, and then lay it back. (3) Joint filling: After the paving of the garden road chain brick is completed, it shall be filled with cement mortar after passing the inspection according to the requirements in the following table, and the mortar for brick joint shall be tamped with ash spoon until it is full. 1.6 China honghuayan pavement 1, China honghuayan pavement is another important quality control point of Yuanlu pavement, so it is necessary to control the elevation, the compactness of the bonding layer and the maintenance after paving. 2. Pay-off on the completed cement concrete surface, and arrange horizontal piles and vertical piles according to the designed elevation and position. The width of the longitudinal line of every other plate is 1, and the transverse line moves downward according to the construction progress, and the moving distance is the length of the plate. 3. After sweeping the cement concrete surface, sprinkle a layer of water on it. After a little dry, first spread a layer of 1: 2.5 hard cement mortar on the stable layer, with a thickness of 3cm, and then smooth it. 4. Pour a thin layer of cement slurry on it, and then spread it according to the designed pattern. According to the design requirements, pay attention to keep the gap between joints consistent. For each surface, a flat wooden board is used to cushion the top surface, and a rubber hammer is used to vibrate in many places (or to cushion the wooden board and hammer it on the wooden board), so that all the top surfaces of the stone slabs are kept on a plane, which can make the square pavement very flat. 5. After paving the flower stone, spread the dry cement powder on the road surface and sweep it into the gap of the block to fill the gap. Finally, the excess lime sand will be cleaned up.
