Weekly Practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine (IV)

Acupuncture and massage can dredge channels and collaterals, regulate qi and promote blood circulation, and have health care function. After gastroenterology, I transferred to acupuncture and massage. The magical effect of acupuncture and massage in traditional Chinese medicine is amazing, especially for the treatment of various types of pain, cervical vertebrae combined with lumbar vertebrae combined with stroke sequelae and facial paralysis. Acupuncture department has obvious characteristics and definite curative effect, and has become one of the characteristic departments of Chinese medicine hospital. During my internship, my teacher gave me many opportunities to practice acupuncture. I still remember the first time I gave an injection to a patient in front of many people. Maybe I was too nervous. Before I inserted the needle, I did it twice in the same position. Later, I put my hand on the needle every day. There should be no more embarrassment now.

My current internship department is orthopedics, and the next department is endocrinology. After pediatrics, I went to general surgery, learned basic sewing and knotting, and pulled a hook on the operating table several times. I thought I would be afraid of surgery, but the excitement and curiosity on the stage drove the fear away. Now I can sew, take out stitches and change medicine skillfully by myself. Simple plaster fixation can also be done well.
