The fifth day of the fifth lunar month is the Dragon Boat Festival, and the customs in our province are quite different. In Putian folk, there is a jingle about the Dragon Boat Festival, "The first day cake, the second day zongzi, the third day snail, the fourth day Ai, the fifth day climbing the dragon boat". Thus, Putian Dragon Boat Festival lasts for five days. On the fifth day of May, every household will eat eggs, and the sales of eggs will rise sharply, and the price will naturally rise.

Tiger eggs, eggs (chicken and duck eggs) cooked together when boiling "noon water", it is said that the whole family eats grass and cooks eggs at noon to avoid getting sick in the rain.
