Plot:

In the bustling central street, suddenly there was a loud noise. The 1 100 million dollar bill of this American bank was robbed by a group of ronin from Tian Health on the road. The explosion produced a huge airflow, killing and injuring many innocent passers-by. One of them is the unmarried wife of police officer Jin Chen (Nicholas Tse). Jin Chen vowed to pursue Tian Jiankang and avenge himself, but Tian Jiankang and 1 billion dollars have long since disappeared.

One night after half a year, on the expressway, police officers led by trainee inspector Fang Yiwei (Shawn Yue) were violently attacked while intercepting a mysterious vehicle, and all the team members were seriously injured. The car was carrying the ronin group headed by Tian Shengyang, whose members were like a cloud, and Wei Jingda, an undercover policeman who had been lurking around the ronin for two years.

It was confirmed that the health reappeared that day, and the top police officers were on the verge of an enemy. Senior Superintendent Zhang () and Luo Peiquan () planned a series of operations together, vowing to catch the wanted man Tian Shengyang.
